Heaps Cheap Rubbish Removals did a brilliant job clearing out my old shed. The workers were polite and handled everything with care. They loaded all the rubbish quickly and made sure nothing was left behind. Excellent customer service and great value.

Turned up they hit and dented the guttering of the house, loaded called me for payment and after being quoted between $150 to $300 Max as it was for 3 medium cabinets and 3 small cabinets. Went to process payment and I asked final price and he said $ 1650,I nearly died. We are pensioners and don't have that sort of money,so after I told him I was not going to pay he got very abusive and said he would unload the truck and leave there.then he hung up on me. Then I got a phone call from his office requesting a discounted price of $165.00 she said maybe its because someone knows him. She told me truck was loaded but won't leave till payment was received. I proceeded to ask that they were gonna take the cabinets and she said I can't divulge any more information till paid Si I proceeded to pay the 165. Only to get a phone call from the agent to say he had dumped the cabinets on driveway. I was sick to my stomach that at 70urs old have never ever been treated like this before.Have started proceedings to get A Current Affair involved and stop this disgusting human from doing this to anyone else. Biggest scam company. Won’t provide quotes. Will tell you they will provide quote on sight but will proceed to complete the job and charge ludicrous amounts. to be their tactic. Get it in the truck and then you feel obligated to pay whatever they say. They also offered no GST for cash or pay ID. The end result was being told, after the truck had been loaded very badly and a little over half full, it would cost $2200. When I questioned the cost he said 'sorry for the misunderstanding, I'll take off the gst'. They made me sign the paid invoice, as I was later told by John 'to cover their bases'. I just wish I had read all the bad online reviews about this company, there are numerous, all saying the same thing as me. By the end of it, I was left feeling sick to my stomach. I felt totally exploited and manipulated. A 10m3 skip costs around $1000, and I had no where near that amount. A total rip-off

couldn’t even justify the cost. I even compared prices with other rubbish removal companies and found one charging only $69 per cubic metre, less than half of what they claimed! When i asked them how much they charge per cubic metre, they said $250!!!

This company is dishonest and misleading, giving vague quotes and then massively overcharging. If you’re looking for fair pricing and transparency, stay far away from these scammers!

Extremely poor service. DO NOT USE THEM – Do not use this service. If want to have a nightmare then go ahead. They are aggressive and terrifying. They quoted me for $600 over the phone and I ended up paying $3,000. Please do not fall the same trap that I have gone through. The service is so terrible. It will take time for anyone to reach to a normalise state of mind after undergoing this experience. I haven't fully recovered from this incident.

General rubbish collection – A Great Team and the left the area super clean afterward. However they say $150 per cubic meter and my rubish pile was about 2m long and half a meter deep by half a meter high and was still charged for at least 3 cubic meters. So their cubic meter measurements are way off.

Charlatans – Got a quick response but that is where the good experience ended. Had to send photos, which was no problem was quoted $150/sqm so was roughly $300 total. but would be between 10&2 Waited until 1:30, got a call saying the guy was 20 minutes away, then asked about driveway access as they will only pick up if there is a driveway. Told him I had told them that it was street parking when I booked. He then said he was unlikely to be able to do the job. Turned up 30 minutes later, knocking on the neighbours door. He came on looked at the rubbish and said 1/3 would be $300 to be removed and none of the construction waste would be taken. I showed him the pictures that were sent when booking the job to confirm what was being collected and he said no he wasn’t interested in taking it as it was too hard for him to dispose of. He was rude and aggressive and disinterested in doing the job. Stay away from these guys, complete charlatans.

is disputed. The invoice they provided will have blatantly incorrect and deceptive details. The owner/operator will not put anything in writing, and refuses to communicate outside of phone calls. The most unprofessional and inappropriately aggressive business operator you will ever have the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Dealing with this owner and business will only end in one of three ways; You will be extremely overcharged, You will have the truck load dumped back onto your property and/or you will end up lodging a fair trading complaint.

Removal of personal kayak – Scary reviews... But from personal experience, really good. Had a kayak I wanted gone. He quoted me a fair price over the phone (I called two others who offered similar rate) They picked it up an hour later, shook my hand, were really nice and quick. Happy with service and would call if needing something gone quick

like its getting more full that it was.. Finished the load and charged $990 (or 900 cash price without GST).. I said there is not half a truck there is 3.2-3.5m3 so he said what do you want to pay then? I said well 4m3 is more than fair as its more than what is there (3m x 2m x 0.6m) he said ok no problem, and charged me $660 with a smile. Once the amount was charged he got very aggressive and demanded the other $330. Of course I said no, we agreed $150 per m3, measure the load, ill pay what is there (which i had) at $660 inc GST. He carried on threatening and using hios aggression to intimidate me until he tipped the whole load back on the drive way blocking the access to the drive. refused to be reasonable or measure and threatened me not to measure his truck. He refused to refund the money as he had dumped the rubbish, and basically drove of stealing $660 like it was perfectly acceptable and i was the [Content Removed]. They seem nice on the phone and they do come across nice and i expect will leave on good terms if you are too stupid to understand what a cubic meter is. For the record the hin tipper is 6m2 inside so that full to the back door top is about 6m3 which means that fully loaded to the brim of the top could only max out at 9m3 but they tell us it is 12m3.. The whole truck fits under 2.35m car port and the base of the container is about a meter high so the full capacity can only be 1.4 x 6 which is less than 9m3.. basic maths. In reality it wont likley be that full unless stuff is piled higher up or it would spill over the back door. So 12m3 is an impossible figure by any use of numbers. What they are doing is illegal, it goes against australian consumer, it is criminal, and un lawfull. Rubbish from the Beginning – First day didn't turn up. Then after arriving late, looked at the job and drove off without any consultation. Poor communication, uncooperative and general rudeness - far better rubbish removal solutions out there.

Don't walk away...run! – They came to our 'rescue' by removing personal belongings from a deceased estate. They indicate they reuse, recycle and sort... they don't, it all goes to the closest tip. don't believe it is. You will be asked to sign a docket for each load, but the load will not state the volume or the weight...... On the positive side... they are fast and prompt.. at both removing your rubbish and emptying your wallet.

Scammers – Took over $2500 for two days work and didn't take all our rubbish away as promised. Got very aggressive when asked if he was coming to do the rest of the job.

Amazing and fast Job! – Wow! Booked the guys in to remove an ikea bed frame. They came and cleared it all in less than 5 mins! Was well priced and can’t believe how quick there were. Friendly guys too!

Worst service ever- Ripped off – I was told per square ute tray $150 & they only took one trays worth & charged me $550. Im a single mum. They get pAid for the metal they took away and to say it would cost them to drop at the tip is the most dishonest sneaky and fraudulent behaviour.
