No delivery and no explanation – Some time ago I gave Heartdrops a glowing review, because at that time, my order was delivered incredibly fast with the order being intact and correct. However, I have since ordered some more products - the 12/10/2024 - to be precise. It is now 20/12/2024 and this order has not been delivered and I have had no responses to my multiple emails. I’m not sure what is going - maybe they have gone out of business? I have now reached out to PayPal to have my purchase money returned. Please be careful with this company.
