We booked a service online, Were scheduled a time. Then the tech called to reschedule and asked for an alternate date. When we informed that we booked online and that there was a $0 call out fee if we proceed with the work that We were told to inform this to the Tech & to keep a screenshot. We feel like the tech did not attend or respond back to the messages when this might have been informed to them.

I enquired online about the rescheduled appointment , I was told to wait for them to check. However the chat closed without any information. More so I noticed multiple websites with same image with different color tone implying the business is local to you which it is not.

I would not go back to such company and recommend others to do the same.

Useless. Won’t even come out to look at my heater – I have a Osburn gas heater that keeps on turning off shortly after lighting. It has a sticker on it indication Heating and Cooling service last serviced it. I called them first but the said they don’t service my area of Warnbro WAvanymore. Why not? No sympathy or suggestions on what to fix it nor leads to what company may be best to call to fix… Read more

my problem. Jacques was very curt with his/her email replies to the point of seeming rude.

I do not recommend them for anything. I still have a useless gas heater.

Service Plus – Had these guys come out and assess my heater, and advised unfortunately I had to go directly with the manufacturer to have it fixed. These guys were awesome and didn’t charge me a call out fee to tell me! Thank you for being so helpful.

They were very helpful and friendly and were very flexible when making arrangements to get my heater booked in. issues that he had found but was honest about the urgency of the repairs and at no point tried to up-sell me on things that he didn’t think were necessary. Michael put in the extra work at no cost to get our heater working better than it has in the 10 years that we’ve had it! I couldn’t recommend his work enough.

Non existent service – We received a letter from this company telling us if we booked an early appointment before the end of March, for the service of our Gas fire we would receive a discount on the full price at a later date. the winter when it got cooler.

However, when the time came, we tried to put on the gas fire to find it was worse than before the “ service” and extremely hard to light. Expecting the company to come out and look,we were told that they didn’t carry out repairs ( their letter said repairs are at extra costs) and there was no warranty with their service.

They argued very unpleasantly that it was done 3 months ago, so too late to complain. We are not in the habit of having our fire on in summer so wouldn’t have known it wasn’t working. We were led to believe everything was fine and ready for winter.

We found a good service engineer who changed four batteries in the gas fire which immediately solved the problem.

We paid this engineer his fee and once again contacted Heating and Cooling Services company to ask for a refund. Their response was to put the phone down on us. Never have we come across such poor and unhelpful customer service.
