Fire and insurance issue AVOID THIS PRODUCT – Bulbs burn and melt plastic. Causes unit to come apart. Spring coil connection to plastic clips is flawed. This unit will cause a fire and should be allowed to be sold . Be aware of house fire potential .

Ceiling heater lights work fine overall other powerful ceiling exhaust duct fans would recommend better – I have bought 2 ceiling light heaters these come with full instructions manuals to cover proper care and installation although These are safe to use if installed correctly which I’ve done in my opinion if you bought one or thinking of buying one you’ll need to keep in mind once you’ve installed it to use commonsense whilst in use only turn on… Read more

during quick bath/shower up to 10 minutes overall running it 15-30 minutes you’ll run the risk of burning it because these are built by the manufacturer mainly for body warmth while still undressed either your coming out shower drying off and putting your clothes on if you follow the above you’ll get a few years use from your ceiling heater lights before replacing it for a new one

Bulbs melted plastic housing DO NOT BUY – This product was installed 6 months ago by a licenced electrician, and recently the bulbs melted the housing around them so badly that the whole thing tripped out and there was melted plastic all over the bulbs and one blew. Would not recommend at all. Returned to bunnings, now need to pay for installation of a new unit.

Doesn’t Work – Bought and installed 2x Heller Fan/Heater/Lights from Bunnings upstairs and downstairs bathrooms and both do not remove any steam from the showers. Ceilings and walls dripping wet. Do not buy these as they do not work at all!

Fan for decoration only – Fan does not work at all. Lights work well, pity visibility is zero when shower is on. Unfortunately after paying the electrician to fit, I'm stuck with this waste of money.

It's built backwards and doesn't work – The concept of a centrifugal fan is very efficient and powerful. The problem here is that the impeller blades in the fanare installed backwards. So it clearly doesn't work. Fail....

Has never worked as it should – Appears to have been the cheapest 4 lamp available at Bunnings and it is clear why from other reviews on here. Came with the house and has never worked properly as a fan. Fan appears to run backwards, like a previous review, which is clearly a flaw in the manufacture, and is obvious from the outside. Does not clear steam as it should. Not really… Read more

sure what I can do besides landfill... yet another product contributing to landfil because R&D is not done properly.

Fan problem – The fan was rated a 300 m3/h. The fan direction of rotation is clockwise when looking from the light side. The fan is designed to rotate in an anticlockwise direction. The air flow through the fan is very poor and insufficient to clean steam from a bathroom.

Exhaust Fan cannot work by design - beware of heater products with plastic housings – This Bathroom heater / light is made of cheap plastic so requires many air vent slots in the casing so the plastic doesn't melt or catch fire the first time the heating lights are used. The exhaust fan is a very low powered drum fan that draws most of its air through to vents in the side of the case from the ceiling cavity and almost no air from… Read more

the bathroom

You will need to get your electrician to install a separate exhaust fan switched with this unit if you want an exhaust fan as well as a light and heater.
