couldn't believe i got my new EX8 – thanks to the team @ Hendry especially Baz for the great service and advise, brought bikes and gear from these guys before and always had a great experience & expectations always met. looking forward to attacking the dirt on the EX8.

Exceptional customer service – After trawling bike stores for the best part of the last 20 years across at least 4 different states of this wide brown land, very occasionally purchasing a bike but mainly sourcing parts, service and accessories I have to say the service I received from Hendry Cycles in Grovedale, Geelong was top 3. I considered giving them the top spot but I believe that I am not the first that would speak highly of this operation thus I will leave it up to future reviews to bolster this number.

I have just purchased a road bike and yes it was made easier with the aforementioned experience and doing my research but in particular Stephen Draper's manner and care for Hendry customers was what made this purchase exceptional.

At one stage I had issues with the purchase but on communicating these to Hendry's a solution was found that made the sale workable again and from that point I didn't look back.

Prior to this I had my older bike fitted and this in itself can be a nightmare as it is a black art of which there are many schools of thought. Hendry Cycles listened to my woe's and fitted me well enough to get me back on a bike I had nearly given up on.

To end this review the main point I want to highlight is the customer service. I am strongly of the opinion it is rare in this world these days to get this level of customer service from Australian businesses case in point the mass exodus to the internet.

You will get this from Hendry Cycles, so if you looking for a ANY bike, I highly recommend that you do some research and then walk into those doors and ask your questions.

I am tipping you wont walk out the door, you'll ride.
