Never build with Hensley Park Homes – Have been in home 18 months love our home but the roof leaks around the chimney had water running onto TV and solar hot water system leaks onto roof the guttering over flow doesn't run out so blocked. [Name Removed] contacted refuses to fix said declaring bankruptcy. Disgraceful behaviour and no recourse. DON'T DO IT

We have a beautiful home – We had a good relationship with the team throughout. The build was completed on time. We has a couple of minor defects that were fixed at the end of the build. The floor plan is excellent for our family. We have a large spacious country home with high ceilings and verandahs that keep the house lovely and cool in summer. The floor plan is great for our family and the house looks fantastic. The build came in on budget and overall we are very happy with our beautiful home. We get lots of comments from people who also love our home and the traditional yet modern style.

Happy Customer – My wife and I were first time home builders looking at building on our 5 acre block just out of Ballarat some 90 kilometres away from where we reside in Richmond. We had heard many horror stories about the problems associated with building which were magnified by the fact that we were going to have very little day to day control over the project. A friend pointed us in the direction of Hensley Park Homes (HPH) and we were very impressed with the marketing material that they mailed to us. We drove to Hamilton to have a look at their facility and were blown away by the quality and affordability of their display home. The fact that their homes are manufactured in a factory under a fixed price contract really appealed to us as it removed the risk associated with being first time builders geographically isolated from the construction site. Our 30 square country style home plus verandahs and decks was completed in about 16 weeks being about 7 weeks in the factory and 9 weeks on site with 10 foot ceilings and all the mod cons and we could not be happier. We worked very closely with HPH during the entire design and construction phase and found all their staff to be ethical, flexible, incredibly patient with an eye for detail and we are delighted with the finished product and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. We would not hesitate in recommending HPH to anyone that is planning on building a quality home at a realistic price.
