Herbal Essences Classic Moisture-Balancing Chamomile Shampoo

The product itself is fantastic but the quality of the packaging is not. Twice I’ve bought it and each time the lid on it has been broken off and not by my strength! Why can’t you have a flip up lid attached to the top and not a lid prone to breakage. And now you have cancelled the shampoo altogether but you still haven’t changed your lid problem.
