Please change the smell back :( – Pleeease change the smell back, I think it used to be raspberry? I love the way it makes my hair look but honestly the only reason why I kept going back to it was because I love the way it smelled. I've used it since I was 14 so it's also kind of nostalgic for me.

Hate the New Smell – Why would you change the smell of this? It used to be my go-to shampoo and conditioner and now it smells sickly sweet. There's no notification on the bottles that it's a new and "improved" scent, either. Very disappointed.

Why The New Smell? – I loved the smell of this shampoo and conditioner. Now it smells like a hippy. Hippies are almost extinct and rarely shower. Is this really your new target consumer? Please, please please change it back.

Wouldn't Repurchase! – The shampoo and conditioner both smell amazing. However, they left my hair feeling greasy and asthough my hair hasn't been washed for more than a week. If I was to be asked if I would repurchase I. I definitely wouldn't. It is definitely not worth the money I spent on this. The smell. The whole product.

every two-three days). This particular conditioner was not conducive to this, it was greasy and flat one day after washing it.

Definitely a fan of most other products by Herbal Essences, this conditioner was simply too heavy. inexpensive Greasy build-up and residue!

Terrible shampoo!! – This shampoo is horrible! I have used Herbal essence shampoos in the past, and for some reason this shampoo is horrible compared to the rest! It left my hair with bad product build up. Before washing with this product my hair was fine!! It made my hair oily ++ and no volume! Good – My hair is thick, long and dry, I find this works well on my hair. I don't think that its is really aimed at those with fine short hair so if thats your hair type then I wouldn't bother with it. time I washed my hair though, my hair was coated in this disgusting oily film, I had to buy other shampoo and conditioner to try to get it out, after washing my hair around 6-7 times and it still having this gross coating I had to go to the hairdressers to have it washed out.

I do not recommend this product to anyone, it is terrible. The long term relationship range smells great. That is the only good thing about it. Coated my hair in a really greasy oily film which was impossible to wash out. Made my hair feel disgusting, and also made a lot of it fall out.

It was also very expensive.

let that put you off their other products, because they work fantastically! Not too sure of the names, but if this one doesn't work for you, I'd recommend the one in the blue or purple bottle. They're both great! Smells lovely like the rest of the Herbal Essances range. My hair felt gross

I had to wash my hair again several times with a 'trusted' product to get rid of the mess it left.

Needless to say I haven't bought it again, and I would NOT recommend it to anyone. I feel most of the Herbal Essence products are good, but they have tried to sell too many 'tailored' products and this I feel has fallen short of their usual standard. Shame! Unfortunately the conditioner contains protein, which my hair is quite sensitive to. Within three washes I noticed the ends of my hair had become brittle and straw like, due to the protein content of the conditioner. For people who’s hair loves protein I would surely recommend it because it smells so gorgeous, but its not for me. Smells absolutely beautiful (I wish I could get a body lotion in this fragrance!)..that is all. Contains protein which my hair is sensitive to, so made my hair brittle and dry.

Goes to how advertising works but the product didn't perform. They smell great left the top of my hair with a dull film
