Im in Love – I started my Quickstart Prog 3 months ago i have lost 16Kg. Im continuely buying herbalife products. Ive tried so many shakes and other products to help me loose weight, none have worked. Im so happy with herbalife. I Love It :)

expensive at the start but if you break it down, it only works out to be $10-$12 per day and thats if you're replacing 2 meals!! You get discounts the more you buy and the longer you're on it. I love it!! Highly recommend. Its my way of life now.

Unhealthy. Terrible – I was sucked in and later found out it's not healthy. It's too hard st stay on. Too expensive. Ridiculous claims of success and over the top claims of how you can be rich selling it. I lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks then put 9 on when I came off. I also know 2 people who gained weight with it! I hate seeing them ripping young people off.

Excellent way to lose weight quickly and sensibly – It can be expensive, but there's an option to join for a one off fee and buy at wholesale. The shakes are a complete meal, so take into account that you're not purchasing other food and taking a shake instead. Bad – I *was* a rep for herbalife and still I hate it. I found there were too many supplements and powders, etc to be able to manage. Workign full time and having 2 young kids was just not conducive to all the other extra bits I had to remember when on herbalife. I have found I have lost much more on the cheaper shake diets. are also quite expensive and not the easiest to source unless you have a rep or can access the warehouse. Personally not for me.

Taste, millions of tablets, powders, cost, need to find a rep to buy

Good – I used this product about 18 months ago and went from 80kg to 67kg. It worked really well. I exercised during this time, therefore was able to keep the weight off once i stopped using herbalife. exercising to ensure the benefits of your hard work last! Definitely helps you lose weight! Fast! The price - but i guess it more than evens out when you consider how many meals and vitamins it provides.

Good – I was skeptical at first, but when I didn't need an afternoon nap and I was able to sleep and actually get out of bed feeling refreshed, I knew something was working. Then the weight started to come off. I have lost my 10 kilos and have been on the products since march 2005. It's everyday life for me now. I am saving money by not buying snacks(or eating all the kids' snacks) better health, lost 10kgs in 10 weeks.
