I've been a Hesta member for 14 years now. Very helpful and friendly over the phone assistance. The information I required was sent promptly via email. It was like talking to a friend.

Amazing & Brilliant Hesta !!!!

I Cannot fault Test a, When I spoke to Danna, She Helped me so much, As I will have to apply for Financial Hardship. I explained that I will have to apply for. As Sadly as it is I am Leaving my Husband.( Personal Reasons). So I am going to find it extremely hard. I am going to have to get a 2nd hand Car & Back to Renting. I will also, have to get the extras. As my Son, who Learning & Intellectual Disabilities. I know that he will always need me. His Birthday is Coming Up. So I know that I have to get his Photo ID Care used to be called the 18th Plus.etc

I have been with this fund for 10 years. I am content to stay with Hesta as it has always been easy to get help whenever needed. The staff I have found to be really helpful, I'm not computer savvy, but am never made to feel out of step.

Probably over 10 years, very satisfied. I would recommend Hesta to all my friends. They have been tremendous help with my Income protection since I was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2012

How i love my Hesta

I have been with Hesta since the early eighty's, My Income stream has been great for me .
The phone staff are always helpful,Paul guided me through my computer skills witch are nor the best ,whilst talking on the phone.

My Little Nest Egg

2006, I joined as I began a career in Nursing, though it would better for me to have an Industry Super fund as I did not know anything about super.
I also brought my super from previous supa fund from previous employers.

I have been with HESTA since it's inception. The customer service officer was extremely competent at her job and spoke English well. This fact made the conversation much easier to conduct.

Great advice and customer service from Hesta representative

When I contacted Hesta regarding an income protection insurance policy attached to my superannuation I spoke to Jessie. Jessie was able to implement the change I wished to make, explained that the insurance could be reinstated at a later date if I wished and comprehensively answered my other questions. Jessie also offered additional information regarding government incentives relating to my superannuation. I'm very happy with the service I received from Jessie.

The nest egg great if you can access it

I have been with HESTA for over 40 years and have put as much money into it as I Possibly can,
I find that it gives great interest on your returns the people easy to access are always very informative.
However I have had great difficulty accessing my money on compassionate grounds that is my son in law dating Brain surgery I was told it was not possible to use my funds. I found this fact to be very disappointing And had to approach my bank manager for a loan instead

How long does it take to to get my money once hesta has transferred it

Can I get my funds released early for bariatric Surgery.

There are a few circumstances when a super fund can allow for the early release of a member’s balance below preservation age including Financial Hardship, Permanent Incapacity and Income Protection insurance.
