Don’t purchase from this company Kmart is better quality and an $80 dress is worth $30 look nothing like photos on their website. Wish I looked at reviews first! No point complaining by the looks of it so won’t waste my time

What a waste of money. The white dress I received had a black thread of cotton stuck between two layers looking like a stain, and the other products shrink drastically in a cold delicate wash. Who wants to handwash clothes? Get real. Not that it stated to hand wash anyway. It is a shame they dont make clothes that people can actually use normally. Rayon.. stay far away from this cheap synthetic crappy material.

Warning to other customers: do not purchase from Heychic. The coat I received is nothing like what was advertised. The listing claims it contains wool, but the fabric feels synthetic and low quality, definitely not warm and certainly not worth the price. Even at the discounted new member price of $190, this coat is incredibly poor value. Original priced at $249.95

The photos show a sleek, plain-textured coat, but what arrived was furry, cheap-looking, and badly creased, the fabric does not straighten out. The lining is only partial and poorly finished, and the sleeve lining isn’t even sewn to the cuffs, something you’d expect from a discount store, not a supposedly high-quality garment of $249.95 value!

To make matters worse, you have to download their app just to initiate a return, and when I checked the return deadline for my coat (purchased mid-July), it bizarrely showed a due date of 11 April 2025, months before I even placed the order in mid July. How is that even possible?

I even paid a few extra dollars for Return Eaze since it was my first time buying from this shop, but there’s absolutely nothing “eazy” about it. In the end, I had to pay $20 out of pocket for return postage, as the invoice clearly instructs the item must be returned in its original packaging at the customer’s expense.

This is a clear case of false advertising, poor product quality, and misleading return practices. I’m demanding a full refund (not store credit) and will be reporting this business to the consumer watchdog. Photos attached. Avoid this store, it cannot be trusted.

Expensive, poor quality, poor fit! $12 return fee! – It was my bad, I ordered what I thought was shorts and a cami - but it was only shorts. They were reduced from $50 to $40 and cost me $7 for postage. Even though disappointed when I saw that I had made this mistake, not as disappointed when I saw how they were made. Size 12, wide and baggy enough to be a 16, but short enough to be a 6. No way I can wear them. The material is "Bali" quality, so pretty expensive shorts that won't last long. Now I get to send them back and pay $12 for the honour. This is a bit of a joke, as they say they don't offer free returns due to keeping their prices down, they don't mention that they actually charge you to return!!! So, I end up with a $28 voucher (minus whatever it will cost me to post them back). Will be advising people to stay away I think!
