OK – I think it would be better to get another brand, because this kind of half does its job. It takes a while to heat up, and doesn't go very hot at all. It also left my end flicky outy, which I didn't want. It leaves my hair soft, and doesn't damage it. Easy to use. It comes with a heat proof pad to rest it on so you don't melt your table or whatever. It takes a bit of an effort! I always find my ends are always flicky, not dead straight like other straighteners I have used.

Its ok but makes ends dry – I have had this straightener for a long time now but I find that it doesn't straighten the ends very well and and leaves my hair a little dry. Heats up quickly, comes with heat proof case to rest it on A bit too harsh

Good – Oh well off to the shop again to see if the next Hi-lift will be as good for me! My little wond lasted me two years, it was fast and was well looked after. As the retailer recommend that you clean the Ceramic part after use when Iron is switched off of course and the cord was a great length! Just a little disappointed it didn't last another year for me!

Terrible – I really suggest not buying this product for it only works for a max of 12 months and you can see when its starting to break. The first time i got it it work WELL for only about 4 times that i used it, after that it didn't heat up to the max. 200 degrees, i think it only heated to about half that amount. it worked for about 6 months. It heated up OK for the fist couple of times i used it. broke , doesn't heat up, lasts up to about 6 months
