High Demand Restoration

After several days of heavy rain, water seeped into our roof cavity causing the gyprock ceiling to collapse. Called High Demand on a friends recommendation. Luke came within hours of our call and located the source of the leakage. After repositioning the loose tile, he removed all the moulding insulation and cleaned up the debris. In addition, High Demand installed commercial dryers in the roof cavity as well as in the living area. Luke returned each day for 2 days to take moisture readings and when he was satisfied levels were back to normal, he removed all the equipment. He supplied a full report and an invoice for me to claim against my insurance policy. Luke was very professional, polite and knew what he doing. I would not hesitate in recommending this business to anyone.
