Excellent customer service for a good electric hot water system – Gavin stood out when quoting for replacing my gas hot water system. He was the only one who suggested that I apply for the VIC Govt rebate and offered to remove the existing hot water panel on the roof. The Aquatech Rapid X6 installation was smooth and professionally done with attention to detail (e.g. overflow was captured to a nearby drain). The Rapid X6 is performing well with a payback of about 3 years.

Will use Highland for future plumbing jobs. Highly recommended.
