hylander bagless – I purchased last year for my son and daughter who are waiting for a unit, and kept in in box till they needed it i, so today i today used it once for the first time and it blew up. dsrn thing has no suctiona nd overheated. price blew up overheated cleaning a car.

Dummy – Doubt this is a 2000W machine, as I always buy 2000W and this was not as strong by far. Gentle suction and I found doesn't pick up all the small pieces like other machines do. The two poles provided that make up the lightweight metal arm also easily bent and kept fallling out of each other! I must have spent half my time in vacuuming one room reconnecting them together! Not satisfied with product at all and only hope I can get a refund! To top that, I rang the company first to see if I had received all the 'pieces' and was told that I had to empty the container after each use or it would not have a strong suction and could overheat! All in all, money could have been better spent elsewhere.

As above. Also, not told that overheating is a problem with the unit in the Manual provided - don't think cleaning it after each use was mentioned either
