these today, they're actually a women's 10 and a men's size 8, so they're far too big for me. I love the shoe but cannot wear them as a result.

Highs and Lows are not willing to offer a refund or even credit! Terrible experience. I won't be buying from them again and don't recommend you do either. Complete waste of time!

Highs & Lows...mostly lows – This company does not respect or abide by ACCC: Consumer Rights and Guarantees. After returning US10M footwear ( $15 at my expense ) that were at least a full-size too large to be worn ( having used H&L's website size chart ) and I wanted a refund as H&L couldn't guarantee that a full-size down wouldn't also be too large and H&L didn't stock a… Read more

half-size. Despite my requests, H&L would not honour my consumer rights and instead emailed an unwanted 'Gift Card'. If you need shoes, then an equivalent value in T-shirts is of no use and H&L obviously could not provide a viable and acceptable alternative. I apprised H&L of Australian consumer rights in this regard but apparently their 'store policy' supersedes government legislation. Avoid this company if you expect your consumer rights to be respected. Due to the time constraint and H&L's determination not to refund my money, I purchased US9M and these are still a half-size too big!

this whole ordeal leaves me with a simple question: if you don't have an item in your inventory, why advertise it on your website in the first place? I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

Overall, my experience with Highs and Lows has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

Launches – Won a shoe raffle. Deducted money from my account. Did not receive any order confirmation or tracking number. It has been more than a week and they are not replying to emails. Is this website a scam? I would have to complain to ACCC then.

Great style without customer service! – A small but disappointing issue. I bought a tri-colour pack of Hal Studios socks to complement a great pair of ASICS x HS trainers I bought here in the UK. The trainers are undoubtedly one of the best new releases of the year. Unfortunately, I received 3 pairs of the same colour socks and so far no response at all to my polite email enquiry. I know I’m on the other side of the world but you could and should do better than this. Best, Mike

I made contact through facebook messenger with the lovely Hannah explained what the problem she checked and within 5 minutes The correct shoes were re mailed I was refunded postage money and I posted the return the following day today the new arrived I am very happy. Don’t honour gift vouchers – We use to direct family to buy our young adult boys gift vouchers at highs and lows but being typical boys they are tardy at using them and Covid interfered too. Not a good idea to refer relatives to Highs and Lows for gift vouchers; if they run out of date they don’t honour them and someone has handed over cold hard cash !!
