It took 3 weeks to receive my order. I've tried emailing hikesea, tried phoning. There's no communication, I had no idea if my order was coming. I ordered 2 led lights, $158. I feared I'd lost my money. But today they were delivered. Still no update on the site as to the delivery. Very poor experience.

 Follow-up  · The lights haven't been connected as yet, so i can't comment on if they work or the quality. Packaging was fine. My only issue with this experience is no communication, a simple reply to my email, or answer my attempt to call. I had no updates on the delivery. Then once it was delivered, no update to say it was delivered. These days people are getting scammed daily, I was afraid they scammed me.

Product did not arrive and company does not respond to email queries – I ordered an expandable garden hose online from Hikesea.com.au on 13 July and expected delivery between 22 and 24 July. The tracking from the freight company shows that the item was on board for delivery on two occasions 25 July and 4 August but the item was not delivered. Hikesea has not responded to my emails and I have now asked PayPal for a refund.
