Absolutely Shocking Pillow – Was not true memory foam & had scolloped pieces of foam missing on one side. Very uncomfortable, had neck pain. Absolute rubbish. Wish I read reviews before purchasing. Horrible pillow – I bought a low profile "soft" contour memory foam pillow and when I got it home and tried it out I found that it was quite hard. Hated it. No refunds allowed for pillows so this will be going in my garage. Waste of money. Show details

Love this pillow! – I have had the firm pillow for about one year and I love it. It is still firm and has held its shape. I am a pillow person and I am always looking for the ‘right’ pillow. I think I have finally found it and it didn’t cost me hundreds of dollars as I have paid in the past. Thoroughly recommend this firm pillow.

Great, but keep your receipt – A great pillow, I used the soft one, it really helps with back and neck pain. Keep your receipt though, I had to throw mine away as is developed a lot of mould on it after a few months and they refused to replace it as i didn’t have a receipt. I have two of these pillows, both cared for exactly the same. Lesson learnt! Didn’t think I would need to return it because it grew mould.

Terrible pillow – I was told the medium would be perfect for my mild neck pain and bought this product fully accepting the no returns policy only to have the worst few nights sleep. I have now developed new middle and lower back pain and waking up multiple times in the night. Terrible pillow. And also terrible customer service to not offer a return service.

I love this pillow – I love this pillow. I have had mine for almost a year now and it is brilliant. But there is a warning: When you first get the pillow it has a very strong smell from the memory foam material. and I started using it. After a week or so the smell was gone, and it is the best pillow I have ever had. So comfortable. It's not like a soft gives-you-no-support pillow. Instead it is firm, but very comfortable for the long term.

no give pillow – I too tested a pillow for 2 minutes in store. You can't know if a pillow will be any good until you've used it for a night. This pillow actually hurt my ears, it was so stiff. My wife was amused and said the memory pillow was remembering its time as a rock. With the no return policy, what do I do with this thing expensive now?

So hard! – Bought two Hilton memory foam pillows at Pillow Talk. Was warned of No Retrun Policy so took the offer to try. Can you really get the feel of a pillow in a minute or two. My husband only put up with his for an hour siting sore neck. I persisted, restlessly, all night. The pillow was so hard on the ears, head and neck. I have learned an expensive lesson so potential buyers be warned.

the smell of it. Last night I went to bed hoping at last to have a good night sleep instead I had a very bad night after being constantly woken up by the horrible chemical smell emanating from it. I also woke up with an headache.

Pillow Talk do not refund or exchange pillows, so now I am stuck with a very expensive pillow wich does not comply with what it promises.
