someone from that branch . He then stated that “oh that’s an online order”. He then contacted me saying it was dispatched and I would receive it the next day. Contacted the next day, he goes back on his word and says- “ I said it was being dispatched yesterday and you will receive it within the week”. How long does it take for an order that was placed in Victoria to be dispatched and received? Appalling service. Will never ever again use this business.

Not pleased – It is near possible to talk to anyone. Also near impossible for anything from this place. I highly recommend anyone to take your business elsewhere. Overpriced would be cheaper going to any but this place.

A pleasure doing business – Went to Wallsend hip pocket. Michell went above and beyond and tracked me down a pair of black trousers with two high viz stripes on each leg. Excellent service. Very happy Show details

Overpriced and not a great range – Was looking for safety gear for work, went to the store and found the prices were high compared to other stores in town. The manager was not happy when I asked why they were higher when the brands were the same as elsewhere and virtually told me to go if I think I could get it cheaper elsewhere. I ended up finding what I wanted at Workwear Discounts and RSEA cheaper and with no attitude.
