Silent. Cannot hear it. We purchased new a month ago and have been impressed with it. Good size. The extra large fridge door space is great. The freezer draws slide easily and they are deep. Worst customer service ever – I bought a Hisense fridge in August 2022. The fridge broke last month, so I contacted customer service. They replied asking for some information and I sent what they asked for. the door up and down, it moves. I tried to call but I waited 15 minutes and no answer. It's been nearly a month now since my fridge, which is under warranty, broke and these people don't want to send a technician

Failing Seal and Bubbling Paint – Wouldn't recommend. The seal broke within a few weeks. HiSense did replace it, but its broken again (it doesn't seal). I've had the fridge for a few months. I've lost 2 full fridge worth of contents as a result. The top of it is also bubbling and peeling for no reason.

adequate room for a single person to store frozen foods items 2 people at most. There are 8 temperature settings on a sliding scale inside the refrigeration section. The main compartment of the fridge has 3 shelves which can be adjusted to 4 height levels as needed. That said the first shelf I have positioned on the second level to create a larger area on the first level which does reduce the size of the lowers levels again making this product suitable for 2 people max. There is the normal fruit and vegetable storage box and side storage for milk eggs etc... The energy rating on this product is 3/6 stars, with an energy consumption of 268KWh per year. I would advice shopping around on price for the best deal. I am happy with the product and it is sufficient for my needs.
