Hisense 424L Top Mount Fridge HRTF424 Series

Huge, super power saver, LED lighting. 424Lt – Purchased this as a replacement fridge of my 25yo, 2 star fridge. I used the 'Climate smart energy savers' deal. I paid $799 and received $600 payback. It is unlike other fridges in it's layout, no meat shelf, meat goes onto the bottom shelf(coldest). Massive fruit vege draw, and a massive freezer area. 4 star rating, so super low running costs. The LED lighting lights up the entire interior, so no more hidden goods on the back of a shelf. Easy clean interior/exterior.

Product broke down, Hisense service is horrible – After less than a year the product broke down as the freezer is still running, the fridge is not being cooled. Since then I am on a week long odyssey to get the product either fixed or replaced. Just getting in touch with Hisense is taking a lot of time, getting a technician takes days. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I am still left without a working fridge at home, making my and my families day to day life much more inconvenient/harder than necessary. Given the poor product quality and the even poorer customer service offered by Hisense, this is the first and last product I will ever purchase from them.
