clothes properly at all. I'm waiting to hear back from hisence whether they will replace the motor (if there are parts) or give me a new machine. Has anyone recieved a new machine from warranty? Also, since this has been discontinued are they even able to provide me with the exact machine? What happens in this case?

Great Machine – I DO a lot of washing there a 4 children in the house, it has a quick cycle 15min which is great. The machine will wash a full load no worries. Great with delicates and heavy work clothes. Easy simple controls and great eco option. No problems with the machine. It's great value for money.  Show details

Love it – I love my front loader washing machine, it definitely does the job it is intended to do and the size is big enough for a family of 4, the only problem I have found with this machine is the rubber around the front of the door starts to go mouldy very easy and I have to clean it every day  Show details

of balance due to small load size and I suppose that is worth a mention. This machine does not do well with small loads and easily goes out of balance (which may explain some of the poor reviews for noise here). We have found that you can't just do a couple of towels (nor should you from an environmental perspective) and need to wait to have a full load.

Keep in mind that with front end loaders, they lock once started so you can't just throw something else in that you might have forgotten. *There is a way but you have to wait for it to go through a purge cycle so that it doesn't poor water all over your floor when you open it, crazy feature right?!.

One more point of frustration which is again, pretty minor, is the lint trap. It is located at the bottom right of the machine and you need to be able to collect the water that comes out when you open it. The trouble is that the lint trap opening is about 2cm from the floor so it's very hard to catch the nearly 2L of water that poor out when you open it in any sort of vessel. A tough lesson learned and not a problem for most renters at they don't tend to do maintenance on the places or appliances where they live, but we like our landlord and respect their stuff.

No complaints, good value for money from what I've seen online.

Ok machine, bad warranty customer service – Easy to use and easy to break, you get what you pay for. After owning for 6 months the pump jammed up as there isn't a drain "filter", just a restriction so all items must be removed from clothing every single time. Harvey Norman dont want anything to do with you once you walk out the door and Hisense spend weeks sending parts out before anyone even comes out to have a look at the machine to begin with.  Show details

Noisiest machine in the world – Cleans fine but Has 3 year warranty It's louder than a jumbo jet engine You will soundproof your house as neighbours can't hear their tv when spinning cycle on. Waste of money – You certainly get what you pay for. Needed a new machine as we were moving to a place that only had a spot for a front loader so had to get rid of our amazing Fisher and Paykal top loader. while it was running a spin cycle. After a wash it began to smell like the motor was burning and the drum was loose. Although it was cheap this was the biggest waste of time and money. Wouldn’t recommend, at all.

Noisy and timing is off – We only paid around $450 for this machine and you get what you pay for. Machine is extremely loud sounds like a rocket is taking off and can hear it outside the house. The timing is way off, say it says there is 8 min left on the cycle, you'll come back in 8 minutes and it'll still say 6 mins left. Or a 1.5 hour wash will take 2.5 hours.  Show details

Can't really fault – I would personally like to see Hinsense make a 10kg washer. If it wasn't so small id say it was 5 star rather than 4. It very straight forward and rarely gets stuck unless there's too many clothes. On many occasions though it struggled to finish the wash and i found that i had to run the spin cycle 1 more time in order for the door to open. function which is great. So simple to use too. Over all the machine is not particularly noisy. Yes, the spin cycle creates some increased noise, but it’s really not an issue. Definitely value for money.

Cost Effective – Got this machine for 405 on sale at Harvey Norman - 3 year warranty convinced me to take a risk.....very happy so far 8 weeks in and hasn't missed a beat. Great size and packed with wash choices as mentioned spin cycle can be loud however I have it down stairs so not an issue for me. For the money if I get 4 years I will be happy  Show details

Great Washing Machine with a great price – Bought it for less than $400 during a sale last year. Very reliable and cost-effective machine. Love the eco feature especially, 45 minutes for a full wash. No problems with wear-out or stains after wash. Also, love the fact that it comes with 3-year warranty. Haven't really measured the water consumption but it does come with 4 start water rating. Fit for Purpose – Bought it during boxing day sale as it was on promotion. The washing machine does pretty well, a little bit hard to use at start (due to the program), but once you get a hang on it, it does its job. Noisewise, as long as you close the door, it shouldn't be too bad. Clean and quick! – Affordable machine indeed. Cleans clothing well and quick with plenty of options/features to choose from (eg. wool, cotton, etc) There is also a 'quick wash' button if in a hurry to clean. Water and power efficiencies are also great. It is slightly loud especially towards the end when spinning. I have not experienced any worn out clothing within the 8 months of purchase.  Show details

Great machine – Great reliable machine. Cleans and rinses quite well. Have had no problems with the machine since we purchased it. Clothes remain in good condition after multiple washes. Very reliable – It cleans clothes quite well as long as you choose the full circle. It is quite loud but after a while I got used to it. It is quite bearable. My most favorite feature is the affordable pricing. It doesn't wear clothes out and quite large inside which allows me to wash large manchester linens.  Show details

Very good to use – It cleans and rinses the clothes good. But not that much good for heavy dirty clothes when you are using the express 15 mins wash. Good washing machine – Cleans and rinses clothes quite well, I have noted no problems with the many loads that I have put through this machine. This has adjustable temperatures for washes which all work quite well from my experience. Very easy to use - just put in your clothes, turn the machine on, the knob to your desired mode based on what you are washing, add your washing powder, and off you go!  Show details

so with this lovely Hisense. It is Highly Sensible. It is a little loud on the spin cycle at 800 revs per minute but I don't mind. I can always shut the laundry door. It also has a delay button so if you had people sleeping you can set the delay to start the washing at a time that suits you and you hang it out when it finishes. Maybe set it to start before you get home from work and come home and hang out your washing.

Terrible – I bought for a good price at the half yearly clearance. It leaked from underneath the first time I used it. They have none in stock so I have had to buy a different brand. Was quiet and seemed to wash clothes well pitty my laundry floor is wet !  Show details

Great value for money! – I've had this machine for two months and I find that it works well. It's really easy to use! Has enough features without being confusing. Cleans clothes nicely, even on lower temperature washes. I like that it offers an eco intensive wash for more stubborn stains, but still considering energy usage.  Show details

Well priced, good performing washer – Purchased from Harvey Norman, has a variety of cycles with quickest being 15min and with changing a longer programme to an Eco Wash option it is the next quickest at 48min. Quiet enough, could do with a chime/tone/beep when finished. Easy to operate. Washes well, seems to spin most of the water out of clothes whilst not being too rough on clothes.  Show details

Decent value for money – No complaints cause my clothes come out clean, but I've noticed its design collects water at the bottom rubber part of the door. This means I always leave the door open to air it, and also that it collects some scumminess which needs to be cleaned. Otherwise it's been useful, not especially loud... but could be more punctual. than it says it'll be. Good rinse hold option though, so I can leave it running when I leave the house and let it finish up when I get home.

Good washing machine – This is my second Hisense washing machine. It washes clothes well. There are quite a few washing options from 15 minutes being the shortest cycle. It is not noisy. Be careful not to use too much laundry powder as it may not dissolve. I have not noticed any fading to my clothes. I like the delay start so you can set it the night before and it will be washing while you're sleeping! 3 year warranty is also another great feature.  Show details

Washes well – My Top loader died and I received this as a replacement. It's my first ever experience with a front loader. Inwas told it would wash my clothes better and gentler, and would be more economical. So far it's done the job quite well. the hang of how much I can load, I have filled this up till I struggle to close th door and it washes perfectly every time. Just have to get used to not being able to open the door to add that last sick I found ...

Disappointment – I recently purchased this & Harvey Norman have given me my money back after 2 machines. It was so loud when spinning it was ridiculous & then things would still come out dripping wet. I would not recommend this item. A reliable machine with a little bit noise – It clean and rinse quite well, and do no harm to the clothes, with several modes to select from. machine, that does more than you would expect for the price that was paid (under $700.00) It has several wash functions from a 15 minute quick wash, to an extended soak to a full heavy duty 45 minute wash cycle. It does heavy loads as easily as a handful of tea towels and adjusts water level accordingly. It also has the option of only hot and cold wash. (my previous machine was attached to the cold water tap but would heat up water going into it regardless (you could not change this setting) it is also reasonably quiet and very stable, due to auto stabilising device built into it. I really like this product and am more than happy with the fact that it is practical, stylish and functional. What more could one ask for in a washing machine.

Great Washing Machine – It is quiet. It has large 7.5kg load but only 2kg for quick wash programme. Clothes are properly cleaned after wash As with other front loader, normal cycle takes very long to wash. The price is reasonable for its value. Looks good and simple to use, perfect! – This machine look great in my laundry, cleans and washes well. When in use you can hear it but with the door closed it is not a problem. I just love the fact that you can choose a 15min wash cycle or you can reduce the time on a full dirt load by putting the machine on eco. Just stopped going no lights on machine when plugged in and switched on ?? Was working perfectly – Was the best machine I have had until yesterday , washed efficiently, great water saver and has a quick wash cycle . Very happy with my machine would never part with it .
