So quiet, washes really well, has an awesome app- Love it – Had to upgrade as our previous washing machine died, this washing machine is super quiet and very efficient. It looks really modern and the app is very helpful and easy to use. It even has a setting for quick 15 mins or 30 mins when you only have a handful to wash. The app allows you to select all the settings you need to customize the wash, but also it has energy monitoring to let you know how much electricity your average wash uses. Very satisfied with it. Only loses one star because JBHIFI sold it to us with dents in both sides of the washing machine from transit- but it still works great.

Purchased in at JB Hi-Fi for $650.

Good Washer for its sale price $540 – Does the washing job for a family of 5. Can handle variety of material types. Output clean cloths compared to our top loader that we used to have for last several years. Had a leak issue on day but Jb hifi swapped it on the same day. Uses less energy and water for sure. Overall I’m satisfied with the last 3 months of usage. Good job Hisense & Jb hifi. Cheers

So dissapointed – Bought this a few months ago but have only recently had it plumbed in. I usually do a mixed load but is never a huge load as I am on my own. It washes fine but I had always been led to believe front loaders spun much dryer than top loaders. Hence the dissapointment. I have to take the washing out of this when it is finished and spin them in my old top loader to get them dry enough to put on the airer in bad weather. Also very limited in the time choices you can make. Definitely would not recommend this machine.

Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $679.

So frustrated. Such an unreliable machine – Edit: 9 months on, this machine still cannot spin a load of sheets, or one single sheet. Without becoming unbalanced. This means that it cannot be relied upon to finish when it says it will. It will literally sit on 5 minutes for an hour, because it can't balance the "load". Such a piece of crap. Machine washes perfectly fine most of the time, but there are a few issues that are worth noting. Because of the slim depth of the machine, the drum diameter is larger than most, and seems to cause the machine to become unbalanced A LOT. Especially when washing things like linen and towels - which causes the wash (spin) times to blow out dramatically while it tries to rebalance the load, before it gives up completely and you're left with a wet load. Other things to note, are that the detergent drawer retains water, and then drops it on the floor when you open it again. And finally, there are too many pre-programmed 'special' cycle options, instead of just focusing on doing everyday cycles well, and in good time.
