Trusted Japanese brand and ended up like a joke. This fridge is so noisy and could never stop running. Repairing service came and said that’s just normal. Wouldn’t buy anything from this brand.

Lost all my trust and confidence in Hitachi – *Fridge is NOISY, the compressor runs 95% of the time which means the fridge is poorly designed and insulated *I went through three fridges due to a major design flaw in the finish of the fridge. After turning on the fridge, after about 30 minutes, two dents appear in the bottom door of the fridge, sounds odd but if you have this fridge check for yourself. *Hitachi is finished in Australia, Mitsibishi has a much better reputation here as a Japanese brand.

Excellent product – Excellent product Quiet and energy efficient Has a nice bright white LED light inside. Doors are thick which keeps the inside cool efficiently. Freezer does not have a light. Product is frost free. No issues with it.
