HIZERO Ultimate Hard Floor Cleaner F500

it did it WELL. My tiles as I mentioned are white and high gloss, and previously the only way to get them streak free was to get on my hands and knees and scrub. The Hizero is the only mop that ever left them streak free, and you could actually feel how clean they were underfoot too. And all you need in the cleaning tank is a little splash of the Hizero detergent and some water. Unbelievable. I used it every day without fail- I actually wore out the on/off button multiple times I used it so much. After 4yrs of use, it was time to upgrade to the latest model. the F500. I didn’t think you could improve on greatness, but Hizero did. The clean/dirty water tanks have had a slight redesign and is just brilliant and such a good design, and it’s awesome being able to access the brush roller and cleaning roller and everything from the top of the Hizero head. I need to mention how easy it is to clean the Hizero as well. I’ve got it down to an exact science as I like to clean mine every couple days and it takes me no more than 5 minutes clean. The Hizero seperate the hard waste from the dirty water tank brilliantly which is a game changer, you don’t get food and other goop in the water tank. I want to highlight Hizero’s customer service. I’ve never ever dealt with a company so eager to help and plead the customer. Everything from sending you multiple videos of how to assemble your Hizero/clean it etc when you first make your purchase, to being very communicative when you message them on facebook or other social media, always willing to try and sort out any issue you might have with the Hizero. I’ll never forget when I bought my first Hizero, and I wasn’t sure why it was doing something and thought something was wrong, Jason from the Brisbane office facetimed me and talked me through checking it and got me to turn the camera around so he could check it out too. Absolutely brilliant customer service, that they always come through with time and time again. I don’t want to think about the day I no longer have a Hizero. Seriously, if you don’t have one you are doing yourself a disservice. Best mop EVER!

Happy – I had the F803 and lost love for it because of having to fiddle around with the cleaning of the roller and filter from the bottom of the unit which meant making sure the water containers had no water in them and turning the unit over. Cleaning the unit head is all from the topside inside the lid and is much easier. I went into the shop to do the trade in and the ladies were lovely and helpful. The lady gave me a rundown of all the improvements made to the F500 including stronger hinges and the silicone lid on the water container so I was sold.

I noted that the edges of the unit head that holds the roller are now about 1 cm wide so when you pass the unit head alongside a wall there is about a 1 cm gap between wall and roller that do not get cleaned. So I sweep out floor edges then pass the F500 over the floor and it's enough for me. I have 6 kids and have to clean the floor about 3 times a day so the floor is much cleaner than it has ever been.

marks, only have to refill the tank twice for the; kitchen, dinning, hallway, laundry and two bathrooms, I finish cleaning the floors quicker than I did with my old steam mop, cleaning the removeable parts are easy maintenance (and good to know there are spare parts available if your ever need them in the future). And something else I've noticed since using the steam mop for a very long time after the floors are completely dried walking on bear feet or shoes you always sounds like you're wearing suction caps under your feet, but with Hizero your walking on silence - just a little extra detail to my awareness.

If you are on the fence thinking about of getting one for yourself? I say - 'GET IT NOW!' I highly recommend.

I wish I bought it sooner… The Customer Service, availability of parts, accessibility of accessories and solutions for cleaning the floor are all massive positives for the product. maintaining and cleaning the device, but once you get the hang of it and have a couple of iconic moments of cleaning up kids food spills it makes it all worthwhile.

Purchased the F500 floor cleaner which is absolutely fantastic, we have mostly tiled floors and they come up fantastic. First time we we used it, couldn’t believe how dirty the water was after cleaning. We have 2 Chihuahua’s that drops lots of hair, I am amazed how much hair it picks up also. inferior product that keeps breaking down – clean water tank keeps cracking and company admit that it is a fault with the cleaner. we would not recommend this product even if they gave us a new one. they will not refund even though they know it is an inferior product so it will go in the shed as a bad mistake. also has happened to other family members who also complain of water on the… Read more

floor which is not good for any wooden floor. going out to buy a Dyson instead. very disappointed with the service provided by this company. even asked for a credit but they were not interested.

definitely has cut my cleaning times to a minimum. I would recommend this to anyone who is fussy with their cleaning and to give a try. Yes, it is not a cheap item to buy but do look out for their specials, as I bought mine on the 'Black Friday' sale and got a very good buy, with an extra 10% advertised online ... a bonus :)

At Last, A Floor Cleaner That Works! – We have a tiled lounge/living area and hallway with glossy tiles. We have always struggled keeping the floor looking clean and have used several methods and cleaning fluids to no avail. A neighbour recommended the Hizero so we thought we would give it a go. and the Hizero does an amazing job of picking up all the animal hair. It leaves the tiles squeeky clean and streak free. It is a massive times aver being able to vacuum and mop simultaneously.

It takes one water change to clean the whole house and it has never run out of power taking about 30 to 40 mins to do all the tiled areas.

Keeping the unit clean is easy and all the removable parts are easily accessible for cleaning.

The Hizero is a quality product and doesn't feel cheap and nasty like some other products.

I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone with pets and tiled flooring.

large and it take two fills to do the entire area in about 30mins. It leaves the floors spotless and virtually dry. If you follow the maintenance videos you will get years of trouble free use. Don't be surprised by the colour of the water when you first use it ... your vacuum misses lots of dust.

Good surprise – The F500 does everything that is stated. We were surprised by how dirty the water in the discharge tank was after the first couple of uses as we thought our floors were fairly clean. Sensational F500 high gloss tile winner – I am absolutely delighted with my new F500 we live in an apartment with all our floors except for the bedroom have white high gloss tiles the F500 cleans very quickly and leaves no residue behind on tiles. My husband was very sceptical but was absolutely blown away by the surface finish. I can not praise the F500 more highly. Amazing addition to any house with a toddler – We use this multiple times a day with a 1yo in the house and it is fabulous. It doesn’t work quite as well if there’s a build up of dog hair as the hair starts to stick to the floor, but it’s great for spot cleaning and periodically larger mops. better job at mopping than our robovac. Only downside I’ve found so far is that if you follow the maintenance instructions of storing the cleaning rollers out on the stand that you have to spend 5mins getting it soft again under water which is a bit annoying

Very happy – Great at both mopping and vacuuming. Floor dries quickly after use. Battery doesn’t quite last through my whole house but I use it more for cleaning up after a messy toddler so perfect for my needs. Best mop – Fantastic mop for cleaning with a toddler running around. Love the way it cleans and sweeps at the same time and dries so quickly. My cousin recommended it to me and was reluctant because of the price but so glad I invested the money. The only thing i would say is you have to fill the soap every time and clean it In between uses and this can be a bit of a pain but otherwise it's worth every penny! Show reply

New model is a winner – Very pleased with my new Hizero, I was happy with the results of my previous model but found it awkward to turn it over once finished mopping to remove the roller and filter to clean. floors are so minimally wet that there’s no 10 minute stand down to walk on them again either. This thing is a godsend and buying one was possibly the best decision I’ve ever made.

New & Improved – This is our second Hizero, we traded in our F803 after 18 months of extremely hard use. The new model is better for cleaning. We use it predominantly for a burnished concrete floor. Show details ·  1
