was the issue, and they kindly gave me a replacement free of charge. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, but as soon as I contacted them again, they were just as helpful and responsive. Annie assisted me this time and was more than happy for me to bring the mop to their Bankstown store so a technician could take a look.
The very next day, they called to let me know it had been repaired, also at no cost. Their customer service was truly above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for how friendly, prompt, and generous they were throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Brilliant on hard floors - particularly timber – Love the Hizero. It cleans my timber floors beautifully and is very easy to use. A couple of negatives. Water tank doesn't last long so it needs constant refilling and emptying waste. It does not like any unevenness in the floor surface. And it doesn't go over mats or carpets at all. Cleans Floors Perfectly – The Hizero mop works just as it is advertised. There are very informative videos on how to assemble/disassemble, clean, and maintain. I am impressed and glad I spent the money on this product. One to two water tank fills are enough for my house. Moping is fun again - I was one of sceptics! – Without going overboard with my excitement of how good the appliance is and why you may want one I’d like to ensure that I cover all the important points. Is this appliance for everyone - NOT. It is relatively expensive, it is function limited (I’ll explain it soon) and it requires, although minimal, but maintenance. limited is that: 1. If you think it will clean grout - it won’t. There is no water heating, water injection and water sucking function. Not a bad thing, but important to know. 2. If you neglected your floors and think that this appliance will do miracles - it won’t! There are no scrubbing rolls/brushes. Instead, it uses an amazing, bionic concept where it will pick up and mop everything that is loose, dirty, dusty and not “too attached” to the floor. Nothing is bad, but it is important to align expectations. Otherwise, it would be extremely unfair if you’d buy a product that doesn’t fit the purpose and will get upset about that. Why did I buy one and did it serve the purpose? Yes and yes. I have around 120m2 of indoor tiles and around 20m2 outdoor tiles that are both challenging to clean in their own way. The indoor tiles have most of the traffic, kitchen cooking, bathrooms mess and general kids/pets playing. Outdoor tiles cope a lot of dust, soot, bbq oil, fine particles and mess that spread around when people walk around. Using traditional cleaning methods (bucket and mop) takes me approximately 1 hour to mop well inside and 30 min outside (due to the amount of dirt there). Not only is it hard exercise, but it also takes a relatively long time to dry. Also, for some reason I’m never satisfied with the outdoor tiled area cleaning as it feels like I’m just mooshing the dirt around. Hizero Cordless Bionic Mop F803 totally attends and fixes all of that. Now it takes me around 30 minutes to clean the whole house and 5 minutes post cleaning appliance maintenance. For those who is interested, the tank of solution will cover around 60m2 of cleaning depending on your pace. Would I recommend it to anyone? Yes, if you don’t need to clean tiles grout, scrub the floors and can afford it. To sum it up without sounding too silly - since buying one I realised that it is possible to like mopping and it is very easy to have clean tiles most of the time.

frequently as possible and as lame as it sounds I feel immense relief and happiness. And what amazes me is how much particulate dust and matter it cleans up especially hair. In my opinion it cleans the floor better than a vacuum and mop.
And to me the pros outweigh the cons, the cons being the cleaner cannot reach within 5 mm of the edge of the wall you are cleaning so you will need to sweep out any dust or particles out which you can then catch with the Hizero. Since I am very invested in keeping my Hizero working well I also clean the particle catcher, roller, filter and brush after every 500mL water refill and I notice that hair can catch on the mechanical rotors of the brush and roller which I also clean after every 500mL water refill. I have noticed that the Hizero floor solution contains an anti-fungal which is probably to keep the Hizero parts from growing moulds but it would be nice to be able to add a detergent or disinfectant or essential oil to make my floors smell fresh - I realise that I cannot do this as it can breakdown the rollers so I am just happy for clean floors everyday and maybe the once a month mop with an essential oil to make the room smell fresh.
Overall I am happy with this product and recommend it to people with little time and busy lives.

We had one last issue, that I though was cleaning related and was sure it could be sorted on the call, instead they offered to swipe both mops with the improved version 803, and I gladly accepted. It was a few months away from warranty expiry. AND.... 803 is even better!!!

my carpets and runs even though it’s hard floor. I was blown away, fluffy fresh smelling carpet that’s hardly even damp. The one and only down fall is the container size for the water needs refilling a few times of your doing large areas but everything else has been great. Easy to clean out the dry waste, make sure you cut hair off the brush roller regularly to stop it building up and run self clean once a week like instructed for best results

But beside the two downsides it’s definitely one of the best electric mops, especially given how quiet it is, and how it separates solid from wet making for disposing the waste an ease.
