This is regarding their subsidiary NT NOW. Paid in full, 6 weeks in advance for a package which was supposed to include DoubleTree by Hilton Alice Springs Resort, only to be told less than 48 hours before travel that it was not available. The replacement hotel was absolutely not comparable, despite their assurances that it was - even the subsequent motel themselves said they were definitely not comparable, and told me my booking was made through EXPEDIA not through NT NOW - and I received a invoice from them that showed FAR LESS than what I paid to NT NOW... yet no adequate compensation has been provided, despite my proof. Fair Trading has been contacted.

Poor planning by NT Now and Brett Sande, and then covering up with arrogance as if they are doing me a favour. I will never deal with them again. Follow up emaisl came from Holidays of Australia. Lazy, slack, smug. DON'T DO IT. Not worth the hassle. Book direct yourself. I sure learned my lesson!

Everything was organised and paid for in advance and it went really smoothly for my trip to Uluru. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel for all events. Thank you Brett Sande and the team. And it was very good value for money.

Elderly parents booked a trip to Uluru with NT Now (Holidays of Australia) They were unable to get Travel Insurance due to their age & pre existing medical conditions. They sadly contracted Covid-19 for the first time and had to cancel in advance so as not to spread the virus to other vulnerable people in the NT. No refund, No partial refund, No date change or anything was offered to them. No compassion whatsoever. They simply stated 'it's on our T&C's'. They showed zero care for these very sick & elderly pensioners and happily banked the total amount of the holiday hotel and tour bookings.

I requested they show proof that they paid those providers in full (hotel/tour), but they have ignored my email. I even offered to donate any partial refund to the Darwin Hospital as goodwill, but no, they will keep the money for themselves, for basic booking work.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Do NOT send your old people to this travel agent. In fact, Im sure the 5 star review below was probably written by them, as they are based in S.A, not the N.T.

Any company that has a 'blanket non-refundable policy' you should seriously avoid, simply book your holiday through the hotel/tour operator themselves. Here are the T&Cs they will direct you to when your trip of a lifetime has been ruined and they have taken thousands of dollars for 'minimal' work. https://ntnow.com.au/booking-conditions.

Australia, you can decide ... is this Un-Australian?

Check this Out – This was our first time using this company, and what a pleasure it was, we have used a number of travel companies in the past, but have not found one as good as these people. our agent, Hayley Cornish was just so helpful, and was always in touch, keeping us informed & getting back to us very quickly about the questions we asked. As older people, we are not to good with all the latest Tech & travel stuff, so it was good to have someone who understood & was very happy to help us out. We have found the Travel Company we will be using in the future, and have told all our friends about them, you should check them out yourselves, you won't be disappointed.
