Just had another plumber come look at the work Luke did. Not even up to code and very unprofessional gives you false information which could be very dangerous. I do not recommend The lesson here is don't always go for the cheapest

Luke provided a prompt quote which was clear in the proposed scope of works. Completed the hot water system install in a timely and professional manner

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I have just found out my HWS is not even up to code and has been a sitting time bomb. This is disgraceful work from Holloway Plumbing and Gasfitting and they should not be in business. They also don't back up or warrant their work. An appalling business.

licensed electrician was shocked at the quality and questioned how he obtained his license.

He frequently changes his business name, making it difficult for customers to track him down for accountability. His installations involve low-quality hot water systems, and once the job is done, he disappears without addressing any follow-up concerns. I am genuinely surprised that he is still licensed and operating.

I strongly advise staying away from this plumber to avoid potential issues and poor workmanship.

Terrible Customer Service - Would Not Respond – Recommended by HiPages and provided an initial quote without discussion about job. I advised prices looked reasonable and sent photos of the job and what was required. Never heard from the guy after that despite me sending messages asking for a response. in the job! No wonder tradespeople get bad names! This guy is obviously only after the easy jobs where he can get maximum profit. Had a really high rating on HiPages but I don't understand why. Be careful if planning to use this guy but I wouldn't recommend using him at all.
