I bought a cloudnine pair through David Jones which were perfect so I thought I'd buy a black pair also. They were faulty, the strap was at least an inch smaller hence making the right shoe a smaller size. palm their faulty item on another but hey here I am. DJ on the other hand were fantastic and replaced them but this time the front of the shoe was tighter hence another fault. Holster's customer service is shi* to say the least. You'd get better service buying a cheap pair from kmart. For what I paid I expect better. Sadly I won't buy from them again.

Holster Sandals. Size chart is wrong to measurement of foot. I’m 24cm so bought the size 7 stating which is 24.2cm …BUT these slides are too large on me. So buying a size down I would recommend. There are returns, but a costly postage. Gave two stars bc the shoes are nice, oneg star for the size chart.
