Diligent – I recently appointed Wayne Palmer, Director of Home & Commercial Maintenance & Project Management, to renovate my bathroom. While these projects aren’t for the faint hearted, Wayne’s advice and assistance throughout the works and his diligent follow-up on the subsequent issues (not of his doing), was exceptional. His quote was very competitive and he made the process relatively straight forward. His tradesmen were always on time and generally cleaned up after themselves (took a week to get used to not walking on plastic wrap on completion). I am very grateful for Wayne’s suggestions and his willingness to provide an excellent service – he always responded to phone calls/emails/texts in a timely manner, which took a lot of the pressure off when I was faced with a stressful situation and believe you me, there were several, but again, not of his doing. Wayne is a credit to his industry.
