least asked me if I did a visit and check that the property had everything it adversited for, it was a simple question in the chat that would have made a big difference or at least I could have signed the contract knowing this detail.

Not holding Home-in responsible, however they shoud have done a simple question, they create a chat line with the buyer to answer any questions and this was not it. A little more care and consideration would have made a difference.

This is not a thorough check but just a customer to get rid off and move to the next.
