Sent online enquiry and followed up sending pics of issue via sms. Web site says “ Enquire online for a response within 5 minutes.” Six days later NOTHING! Contacted Beel Plumbing and got immediate response, follow up comms and job booked at a time to suit within a day. Work not done yet but so far so good. Home Plumber - don’t bother. Should have read these reviews first.

Unprofessional – Time slot booked for plumber was between 12 & 4pm. Whilst at another appointment, I received a call at 9.50 am from the plumber to state he was at my house. still no contact from plumber and no show. I cancelled the appointment. They are rude, unreliable and from previous reviews, sound very dodgy. So glad I have organised another plumber.

didn't show up – Phoned and was told a booking was in place, called back on the day the plumber should have arrived was told they would check and call back. No call back. I should have become suspicious when no booking confirmation was received by SMS or email.

Dodgy plumbing – Arrived within the 4 hour time slot to fix a low water pressure problem. Plumber Brad looked at our water meter and told me the problem, quoted $740 to fix it. today so he had to leave and couldn’t come back until next week. When I suggested that he would leave us with no water in the kitchen he stated that he didn’t like my attitude and walked out saying that he wouldn’t be back. The part that he fitted is available at Reece under $100 so labour for this so the labour charge is $640. This company is dodgy, stay away

on the interior but the plumber did not even look inside the house, he would not even step up to the exterior wall, he inspected from the garden path! He told us to leave the main water supply turned off until Tuesday, only turn it on tempotrarily when we need to shower etc. He did not even try the stopcock on the wall geyzer, I did it myself and it turns out that the leak was on the hot water side, so only this needed to be off. Then we arranged another plumber on Monday, who listened to the water spraying inside the wall cavity and made a 50cmx50cm hole in the plasterboard, through which he fixed a crack in the plastic piping!!! I have left 4 messages for someone to call me back re very poor customer service (having paid a $250 call out fee, for which only bad advice was offered) and no refund of my deposit for the specialist detection people.... VERY DISAPPOINTED It is Thursday already, still waiting for someone to return my calls, NOTHING...

Dodgy service, fraudulent card activity afterwards – Service felt incredibly dodgy. Charged me twice for a call out fee, they told me they had refunded me but I called a week later and was told they had “no valid explanation” but the refund had not been processed. Could not give license number to our water provider when asked. And after their service my credit card (which has not otherwise been used during lockdown) was compromised.

Unable to keep service promises – They assessed the problem, quoted and took a deposit, promising to return the next day. Didn’t turn up, despite all sinks, toilets and showers inoperable due to a major block. Didn’t even advise they weren’t coming, had to chase them. Then they refused to refund the entire deposit. Beyond disappointing.

Did not deliver – Very poor service -made time - 3 hour window - confirmed by I email -told them my husband was in Palliative care -had not heard half way through time -frame left my husband went home -booking cancelled by them -sent text to me-phone on silent at hospital -there service and Web site advertising - do not match -don’t use them - try Jim’s they did what they promised- 101 custom service

Arrived outside of booked time slot – I called to book a plumber and they gave me a 3 hours time period for the following day that the plumber would arrive. I came home from work early to be there for that time slot. said that the plumber had been to my property and had taken a photo of my door to show that they had been there. I had a missed call on my phone 2 hours prior to their indicated time slot (no voicemail had been left) and I asked if that was likely to have been the plumber. The answer was yes however they couldn't confirm the phone number of the plumber when I read it out as they have a lot of tradies. So the plumber did turn up, two hours prior to the time given. I chose to not rebook with this company.

Terrible service and Quality of job – I rarely write a negative review but on this occasion I feel required to. Called for them to complete a job. Were quick to quote and promised to be there next day. They didn’t arrive and I subsequently had to follow them up the next week. Another plumber came out. There work was shoddy to say the least and they left without fixing issue. Have tried to get them back but to no success. Do not use.

was. Getting close to 2pm, got a call saying the plumber wasn't coming at all. Can't speak for their work as they never showed, however if you need some urgent plumbing done these guys probably aren't for you. Their website says "5 star reviews", but they were nowhere to be found!

to tell the plumber to call. I cancelled. It was too late to get another plumber. Their plumber was not interested. In fact, the girl on the phone said I don't blame you for trying elsewhere. Pathetic. They say they have a 5-star rating on this site. However, I could not find them here.
