Awful to deal with - not rushing to fix anything either!! Now concerned quality as per previous rev – Wow - what a nightmare & a Joke! Do not use this company!! Awning & fixed windows delivered yet all windows open & slide either left to right or top to bottom on the schedule on the plans!!!! I have had my order placed by our builder around Feb and delivered incomplete & wrong late March/Early April, excuse is the rep has embezzled from the company, it has taken till late May for them to even come to site to check the issues & confirm correct order, meetings were had with them & the builder before this, order was still incorrect when they came to site, picked up 3 additional errors that had not been corrected. [name removed] the replacement rep was rude & obnoxious when I asked for confirmation of the order, so I could triple check it was right before being again made. I have spoken with head office twice and so far in mid June I am still waiting for windows to be rectified, now quoting supply mid July & Service of windows/doors that arrived damaged who knows when??? All they have done is install glass today in a bi-fold window that has been installed for months. This company is unreliable, unhelpful, unprofessional, 7-8 weeks lead time for re-supply of an order your rep stuffed is ridiculous, door put in backwards months ago is still waiting to be fixed, stacker ground floor door frame still remains unfitted due to requiring repair so we cannot finish brickwork??? Are you going to pay for these delays???? WTH is going on - I have been patient up till now, in good faith hoping that by speaking to the head office rather then just complain online, this would be professionally dealt with. This is still not my experience!!! Do not use this company, you'll just end up with building delays because they cannot follow a window schedule nor do they have any accountability going forward.
Still waiting - 3 pushed out delivery dates for re-supply, no one game enough to call me back either. Wayne, Brett & David all have several messages waiting for response. Was asked by Wayne weeks ago to remove my reviews as they are not fair??!! I'll tell you whats not fair, not doing anything about holding up my build because a) you can't get an order right b) you let your reps operate outside company parameters c) cannot re-supply correctly in a timely manner causing further insult, cost and delay d) cannot communicate further delays e) blame manufacturer.

Ultra low quality – Southern start glass is useless, it scratches, it doesn't clean well, it Grimes for no apparent reason. I've got double glazed that are no better than 5mm single glaze. My review Incorporates the woeful company that is "Homeview windows and doors", what a disgrace. I had the worst after sales assistance, lengthy time delays, then ultimately placed blame on the builders who installed them. They are nothing short of disgraceful products, all my windows and doors have air gaps, leading to freezing air coming through in winter, hot air through in summer. I paid around $30k for something that works no better than using cling wrap as windows. The company are pathetic, quality is non existent and the products totally suck. Will continue to inform all my friends and their friends and theirs.... Don't waste money like I did. Two years on, I have had to install Raven air gap steps on all windows and door surrounds, disgraceful.

If I'm quite Frank, I've been through it before with the reps and manager of homeview- they offered a different seal, basically it was the same in a different color, still an inferior product. I am frustrated with the lack of responsibility companies take. In hindsight, I (mistakenly I admit due to time pressure and a young child) should have researched more. In all honesty, I know the products won't get replaced by you so it's not an efficient use of my time pursuing it. The only solution to preventing air gaps is retro fitting the existing jambs. The windows don't even have a thermal break which means they gather condensation when internal and external temperatures vary. I understand you want satisfied customers but these products, and perhaps it's a reflection on poor Australian building codes, just don't stand up. I've lived in Europe and Canada, I know quality exists, and this isn't quality.

Still waiting, it's now July. The lack of concern that we cannot progress with our build is astounding, any other company would have resolved this by now. I don't expect this company will be solvent for much longer if this is the amount of errors they can make on one small site. One would hate to see the errors they would make on their volume builder sites such as Metricon!! Even small service items have now been waiting 4/5 weeks since I personally had an onsite meeting with a new rep, who, for whatever reason would not send me an email confirming what had been re-ordered, there were still mistakes in what he had to be re-ordered. Items missing that were on the original window/door schedule, measurements wrong way round, items that had been assumed to be made a an awning instead of having a consultation on options, all because they couldn't make a narrow slider that size!
Now today I had a service booked & parts were ordered for that service 25th June, after a rep sat on the order from the 5th June and did not order. Instead I got a visit & inspection by the service guy, no service undertaken. WOW !!!???
