HONE Knife Sharpener

Easy to use knife sharpening system – I am a 65 year old home cook, who appreciates expensive knives and wants then razor sharp. I have experimented with several sharpening systems or techniques over many years. My favourite, for the last 30 years, has been 'The Lansky' System, bit fiddly but worth the effort. Recently I discovered rolling sharpeners and did my research. HORL is obviously the Gold Standard, ( but too expensive for me ), and has now been copied by many others. I purchased the HONE system a few days ago, quick to setup and easy to use. I am very happy with the results. The HONE is clearly the best of the clones, and also offers several improvements over the original HORL.
