Kimbo Knife Sharpener

After reading some negative reviews,I was worried I'd ordered a dud. Very pleasantly surprised. High quality, very easy and quick to use for non knife geeks and VERY effective. Maybe if you're a knife geek and happy to spend hrs on your blades, this is not for you. For the other 99% of us,brilliant. Very happy indeed!

the set does a terrific job, but there are no instructions included. I also bought the five additional stones, but because of the absolute lack of instruction , I have absolutely no idea how to use them

Very dishonest company. Claim to be Australian company with warehouse in Sydney with super fast delivery. Actually manufactured and shipped from China. Not sure when my item will arrive. Kimberley works good sharpens most knifes but some of the bigger knife's you have to place roller on block for it to sharpen them. Good product.,just needs that block hights . To complete the job. Very happy with what I got. Tha k you.

I have tried a number of sharpeners to maintain a cutting edge on our expensive knives but it remained hopeless until I got the Kimbo Knife Sharpener. Once the blade was honed to either 15 or 20 degrees the cutting edge has remained sharp.............even after repeated butchery of chicken into pieces for our dog. Great little sharpener that is easy to use and consistent. There are products that give a better edge but none of them are this simple to use and if it's too complicated they don't get used often enough. Nothing more dangerous than a dull knife

I purchased one for my son and 1 for myself. I have used steals, wet stones, electric and manual knife sharpeners. I LOVE my Kimbo. It is accurate and follows the knife perfectly. If you’re looking for a knife sharpener the Kimber has got you beat. You need to get one. It’s sharpen your knife like a razor but the only problem with the Kimbo is if you try and use it with your scissors your kitchen scissors it doesn’t sharpen very well with those.

The roller is well made, the magnetic knife holder needs to be wider and slightly thicker IMO. Overall a great product, I would like to purchase coarser and finer ends. Highly recommend this sharpening system... Show details
