Terrible -sold me a damaged, incomplete product – I tried to purchase a pair of plush dragons that attach to your car. $36. The order was incomplete, and what I received was damaged. After asking for a refund, they shipped me a replacement product that sad also damaged and incomplete. Then they offered a 25% refund unless I wanted to spend $40 to ship the product back to china to get a full refund. Worst experience ever, and I mean that.
Total scam – The address says Riverwood, NSW, Australia, but is actually in Vietnam. Beware, they are scammers. Went to return a faulty product and was told to return it to an address in Vietnam, at my expense, meaning I had to pay the postage (which is more than the product) after also paying for postage for delivery to start with. No ACCC laws apply to this company, so do NOT buy from them. Buyer beware.
