Good suction – Happy with the performance and suction level control. It picks up dirt almost instantaneously. Product is not light nor quiet, though. It is quite difficult to maneuver particularly around tight spots. Current residence is both tiled and carpeted. The total area that requires vacuuming is approximately 120 square meters. Other than a few minute details that could be remedied, money's worth product.  Show details

My Hoover 5010 Heritage – My hoover 5010 heritage vacuum cleaner works fairly well, has fairly good suction, has a good electricity cable that can easily plugged into the wall anywhere and cleans any unwanted dirt from my cottage floor with relative ease. It can be a little noisy at times, however. Despite this, I would recommend to anyone buying a vacuum cleaner this particular model. From Rebecca Hill  Show details

Sounds like a welder! Only been used a few times – This vacuum is the worst design and has been constructed as cheaply as possible. It has only been used a few times. Now the motor sounds like a metal arc welder and is basically stuffed. Why is Hoover selling this rubbish? I am so disappointed with Hoover. Their quality sucks... Not their vacuums.

Design fail needs a rethink should be hygiene model not the bag less correction – Difficult to change attachments, wheel fell off plastic hose tip broke off, bags crazy frail design. The good points about this vac is its suction excellent.I still think it would be worth spending the extra on a Dyson. We have two Saint Bernards,we vacuum everyday the power head does the job but it still remains a problem to change.I probably… Read more

would not recomend this vac for its troublesome design. We had a Dyson it gave us many years of good service eventually the motor gave up,not surprising considering the amount of work it did. Good suction Totally frustrating design attachments bags difficult operation

Awesome Vacuum Cleaner – Bought it for a 3 bedroom house and a medium sized lounge room, and as described by the person attending me, i clean the filters and never have had any troubles with it. Perfect vacuum for a small house. The two year warranty really makes it worth purchasing as it adds to peace of mind. Suction and Extra Turbo Tool Nothing
