Powerful & easy to use – I love this vacuum... works great on all surfaces, better then my other Meile. The suction is amazing. I don`t understand anyone that says it doesn`t pick up, maybe they don`t know how to change the bag...lol. Comes also with a reusable cloth bag with I love.
Good on hard floors, bad on carpet – I found it worked pretty well on hard surfaces like my tiles, but it hardly picked up anything on the carpets. Would have to run the vac over the same spot a few times to get surface dust off. Cant imagine what it missed deeper in the carpet! Motor seems to overheat a lot when using on carpets. Easy to clean filter, never had to change bags ever, due to a dust separator attachment though. Ok price Bad for carpets
The worst – This is a waste of money, even with the hard floors it has to go over fluff and dust 2 or 3 times to get it! I took it back as I thought it must be faulty, turns out it's just poor quality. Very disappointing and don't even try using it on rugs, terrible! Looks good, looks can be deceiving Poor suction
Noticed a few comments like yours. Mine works great and my mother's is terrible but it turns out she was only given a hard floor head with hers but mine can be clicked from hard floor to carpet. Just curious if you have the same problem she does?
Compact and works great! – We live in 2 bedroom unit so this vacuum cleaner is perfect for limited space and it works so well. We've been using it for 3 years now without any problem. compact and reliable not cheap
I'm so glad I got to read this review, it will help me so much, when I next purchase my new vacuum cleaner. I've been looking for a while now and I find this compact one; should work.

I bought one from Godfreys in NSW and it was so good my visiting mother from WA bought one when she returned home. I've now visited her and hers is terrible because it only came with a hard floor head (but she never realised)! Mine has one of those knobs you click over on the head to go from carpet to hard floor, but hers is only for hard floors. Perhaps you have the same issue?
