They cancelled my booking a day before the trip. I only asked if I could do an early check-in but they went ahead and cancelled the booking. I did it via Wotif which was also useless and said that in the system it looked like I had requested the cancellation, even after showing prints of the chat proving that was not the case. Show details

I have been to Hope Harbour Hotel Cafe several times and served by Nicole. Nicole makes the best coffee. I always have a large skinny chino and she has never failed me yet. Great service, great coffee and great environment. Highly recommend the coffee here and bonus is the view of the marina whilst sipping your coffee in the winter sun. Glorious.
