Poor customer service during a warehouse move – Horn Furniture Australia are a division of Hobbysew Australia. I ordered an assembled Nullaboor Sewing table and acrylic Insert. After 3 weeks, I sent an enquiry to find out when delivery was due. They never replied. Their customer service is extremely poor as they did not respond to requests for an ETA when the due date was near. For such an expensive piece of furniture, the customer service was poor. Turns out they were moving warehouses, but this should not have been at a reduction in Customer Service.

Turns out they have been moving warehouses. It would have been helpful if they had posted this on their webpage so customers were informed of unexpected delays. I finally got someone on the phone who was most helpful and informed me my product had been shipped a couple of days prior. I look forward to getting my new sewing cabinet :)

Sewing cabinet arrived finally. Was well packaged and delivery driver was very careful with it so it arrived at my back door in excellent condition. Good, strong cardboard box on a pallet. Wheels and handles were well packed within the unit. Once we got the wheels attached, it was easy to bring into the house. No damage and everything works as it should. It is beautiful and useful for my big sewing machine. Worth the money just bad luck about the wait! Came with a few atomizer gift which was a nice surprise.
