Ordered a hoodie in November and still have not received it . No response to emails or request for a refund . Do not order from this site.
Yeh I ordered an item from this site on Dec 7th but have not received it! I have sent a please explain email to them but no reply. Buyer beware.
I ordered a sweater on December 10, 2025. I still don't have it. The tracking says it was shipped (from China), but no more information. I have contacted customer service twice with NO response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
Follow-up · I never received it, nor did I hear from Horse Mission. Definitely a SCAM! I filed a complaint with my credit card company,
Zero stars if I had the option. Ordered a Women’s Horse Vintage Suede Coat in mid-November and the tracking has never updated. I’ve contacted support three times and keep getting the same generic response and the same useless tracking link—no real help, no accountability, and still no product. They took my money, but I received nothing in return. I’ve now requested a refund and would not recommend this company to anyone.
This site advertises a "horse knit hoodie" at $79 half price (I saw it on Facebook). The photo is of a lovely knitted hoodie, and they say proceeds help protect abused horses; they also promise a "stress-free refund" within 30 days if you don’t totally love it. like the photo. I have emailed their support email address numerous times with no response, and received one response through their online platform offering a free exchange (I asked for a return sticker for refund as promised on their site), and talked about being a small business supporting wolves. I reiterated that I want a refund and that their product is falsely marketed, and have not heard anything since.
