They sent an email suggesting that I *manually* needed to renew, but took a payment from my credit card regardless. I guess that means they would take money from dead people too.

What made things worse was the dishonesty and wordplay from customer service. I was told I was speaking to a “manager,” only to realize this person was operating remotely and giving me runarounds rather than real support. It felt like a deliberate attempt to confuse and avoid responsibility.

I’m genuinely disgusted by how this was handled. As someone who trusted their services, this experience has completely changed my view of the company. I’ll be making it a point to educate others about these kinds of practices so people can make informed choices before signing up.
