Excellent customer service. I was stressed when I rang because I had thought I had fully cancelled my New Domain acct in August 2025. Our business closed. I kept on receiving invoice due notifications. The gentleman I spoke to was so patient and courteous with me. I feel a bit intimidated with the tone of your voice. You need to be more gentle and polite when answering queries. Increase your patience [Name Removed], being polite and kind is nice when talking to someone. I was about to raise my voice when I feel a bit of rudeness in your voice but I’m a client and I need to sort out some of my queries. I hope this incident won’t happen again to another client.

Unhelpful – I would not recommend this company at all They don’t call you back They don’t listen to reason Super rude and unprofessional and unhelpful Use a company that is compassionate and helpful not this one

Took my money without my authorisation – Signed up for a ONE year domain, found it not useful for what I wanted so did not sign back on once this ran out but regardless of this they took money from my account one year later without my authorisation. Now disputing the money back! They are scammers do not sign on with them.

Very bad – New Domain sends you an official looking letter apparently offering a service to new business owners. In fact by doing so you lose your money and are then unable to build a website with a website builder. Very unhappy.

Avoid – I did not know of this service provider until a customer was forwarded to me who had this as their domain host. Overpriced and scant on features, you should avoid this company. The customer was charged $80 per year for a .com.au domain! Industry standard, is at worst, $14.95 per year. There are no options to change your DNS records either. All… Read more

Opportunistic Scammers – They send you a bill for a domain name after you register a new business name. It looks legit but it's an opportunistic scam and these kind of scam business practices should be BANNED.
