Delivered to wrong address but got it back – My parcel was delivered to wrong addressI; however, after a week long wait finally the owner of the wrong address brought it to me. Any ways Hotpos must improve their customer support. Not responding to customer enquiry and email is not an option for business. Show details

Impressive ordering and delivery let down by after sales – I volunteer at Caboolture Historical Village and we ordered on 10/1/2019 what we believed to be a lockable cash drawer however, I had in fact ordered just the lid. a question on the website under common questions, and have also left a phone message. The 1300 number on the invoice is disconnected and the other number only allows for a message to be left. The efficiency of the deliveries is second to none but sadly the after sales service is certainly lacking. To date I still have had no response.

Ordered over $1500 and they cancelled because I asked a few delivery questions – The site says same day delivery before 12pm. I ordered in the afternoon and just wanted to confirm that the stuff was arriving next day so I didn't a wasted trip to the shop to wait for delivery. Whilst en route to my shop they emailed to say the had cancelled and refunded the whole order. On top of this a $50 discount pop up code becomes a $10 discount when entering. VERY unprofessional - promises much more than they can deliver.

Terrible Service – They sent a printer that wasn’t per the description. Asked for a refund and got a rude horrible response, they were not easy to work with and were unable to reason with. Would highly recommend using someone else and paying more.

No problems and easy to use site – 2 previous suppliers in WA had provided the wrong order printing rolls, we were getting desperate at our cafe and ordered from HotPOS, arrived within the time specified and was the right product.  Show reply

Return Policy Needs Revieweing – I was referred to this website by a friend for it's quick turn around delivery time, which was great as we urgently needed a receipt printer. opened the box and told me to try sell it on ebay. I understand that I'm at fault for selecting the wrong item, but I expect good customer service includes returning items within a given period of time. The printer can't be 'used' if I can't connect it to use it. Make sure you're really careful at selecting your item otherwise I'd shop elsewhere. They need to review their refund policy to make it more customer friendly.

What a nice gesture! – I would just like to review my experience at Hot POS. I was opening my store on the weekend, so i quickly placed an order online for the bits that i needed. Surprisingly, i received a phone within 10 minutes advising i hand selected the incorrect labels for my printer. The salesman quickly adjusted my order and sent me the correct labels. to Hot POS i was able to price up my stock on the weekend and launch on Monday. If not, i would have purchased the wrong labels and things would have gone pear shaped!

Wish other companies were proactive like them. Great job guys.

Very helpful and responsive – The replacement part for our Nexa cash drawer (that we also bought from them) was dispatched the same day and arrived within 3 business - which is excellent considering that we are in a rural qld area.  Show reply

Complete joke – I tried to call. No one would answer. Eventually got through to someone on the online sales chat and when I asked for a price on a LAN docket printer they wasted my time asking me what router I had. You need a spare LAN port for a LAN printer? Really?? When I said I already had that sorted I got told that I was impatient and the online sales chat… Read more

Outstanding products and service!! – Just starting up a new retail shop, HotPos were extremely helpful with the best advice about the best printers and cash drawer for my iPad when using Vend. Long Term Customer – weve been dealing with the guys at hotpos for years. we have over 4 retail outlets andThey know they're suff and alsway happy to help. my printers always arrive on time. fast email responses and they always answer there phones. have tried many other POS people but will stick with these guys. fast n efficient  Show reply

Terrible service and rude once we had handed over our money – Once we had made our purchase and needed instructions on how to set up the terminal they were extremely rude and condescending.
