Purchased a Freeflow Spa from Hot Spring Spas. Really poor experience, long storey short. Paid for the spa in full and was supposed to pick it up 2 days later but didn't hear anything. Eventually got onto original sales person who organised new pick up time. Just prior to new pick up time I was told I couldn't get it. This same process went on for weeks. Eventually Hotsprings told me they had a "rogue" dealer holding my Spa as ransom and they would not release it (We had paid in full). Eventually Hotsprings organised for the spa to be delivered many weeks after. On delivery half the chemicals where missing. I had also purchased a spare filter separately and hot springs had promised delivery with the missing chemicals. This again was many weeks ago and has still not arrived. The spa was expensive but seems good but I suspect the issue was not a rogue dealer but hot spring themselves. There service was and still is awful and I would avoid them or at least only make payment on pickup or delivery.

Premium price, premium lack of service for a rusting roof – Nothing but premium crap service from Hot Springs regarding their Covana roof. First started with Hot Springs taking 2 months to supply the correct part for the assembly of the roof. 2 months out day in the verandah during peak summer and made the verandah unusable. But I forgave that. Less than a year after delivery, the "premium" roof has started to display rust. I do not live close to the coast so this was weird of a "premium" product. I contacted Melbourne Hot Springs, asked to send photos and did not get a response back. A week and 2 emails later I had to SMS the director to get any update. I was told it was sent immediately to Hot Springs NZ and the reply was "pictures have been sent to Covana, spray CRC in the mean time". 1 month went past with no answer. I got in contact direct with Covana and was told they only received the warranty claim a few days earlier. Now I was upset.

I'm the mean time, I was also told by Covana that being allowed to assemble the roof should have voided my warranty. This was weird because nothing was mentioned at the time of purchase.

Anyhow, 6 weeks later still no official answer regarding the rusting Rod from Melbourne Hot Springs. I've asked too be contacted by Hot Springs Head office with no response.

QUALITY Spas and fantastic service – We bought our Hot Springs Spa (a Hot Spot Solana RLX) 23years ago and it is STILL going strong. Fantastic product and great folks at Hot Springs Spa. We recently needed our motor looked at and Chris at Hot Springs Spa recommended Korbi at Local Spa Repairs. Our spa is back working like new again and we are absolutely thrilled.
