On inspection, the plumber recommended changing the model I initially asked for and I couldn’t be happier with the Haier system we ended up purchasing. Called them early in the morning, spoke to Nitika and could not believe the quote of $1,295.00 supplied and installed SAME DAY, EXACT SAME RINNAI B20 MODEL! Absolutely no dramas, no call out fees, nothing! These guys saved me $500.00. I wish all plumbers were like this open and upfront quotes, no nonsense. Unluckily for me, Purity plumbing and Gas proceeded to charge me $165.00 for call out and quote. Thanks to these guys, I still saved $335.00 ❤️ I hope you guys continue with this kind of service. lead time of several weeks on the new system they returned a week later and swapped the temporary tank with a bigger temporary tank for our large household - all at no extra cost to the original quote. When it came to the install of the new system the guys turned up on time, were very professional and did a great job, even accommodating a late request to shift the outdoor unit across a little even though that meant re-doing some pipework they'd just done. Couldn't be happier - stellar service from start to finish and the new hot water system (Reclaim heat pump) is incredible.

Highly recommend – From start to finish this company was professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. etc. After requesting a call back, I received a call from Harry who was extremely knowledgeable about different options and sent me a quote offering multiple products with confirmation on final pricing after site inspection. Next day Cory visited the site and explained exactly what to expect during the install and a comparison of different brands. Less than 24 hours later, Harry confirmed the price which was lower than the original quote. We confirmed installation in 48 hours. On the day of the install, Cory and his associate Ethen showed up a few minutes earlier than the booked time and did a fantastic job. The detail, cleanliness of the work and the speed was excellent. Subsequently the electrician Warren came from OHMS Electrical. They are a perfect match. His work was excellent and so was his speed. Just as the installation was being completed, Mark who heads the install team arrived and inspected the work and confirmed everything was done to their standard. It’s not often a great experience of this nature happens. We not only have a brand new, energy efficient system but a great experience in dealing with a professional company.
