refused of their documents that they had paid for, which is the property of the client. Once contracts are signed the approvals are then the property of HLS, materials not supplied correctly as per BASIX Report, sub-contractor's not being paid and much more to the authorities. Not one client on the class action was contacted to verify the claim. A register was set up with the authorities for all House Logic Solutions complaints to be noted on, so what happened there when prospected clients called for a company check.....Sounds like that was overlooked going by the complaints on this review. The old laws should be introduced back into the system where all builders/companies are required to submit all financials, profit and lose statements and all relevant checks before any builder/company has their licence renewed. All these complaints now in 2016 could have been avoided if the right information was given when a consumer called which allowed the consumer in making their own discussion and avoiding all this grief. I'm one of these consumers and I'm not blaming authorities as they have enormous amount of workload and unfortunately things do fall through the cracks. (We all know who the authorities are)

They are back! – Like other customers they took my money and left me with a poor quality unfinished granny flat. Fair trading website notes outstanding tribunal orders against them. Their "solution" is to run away - they have now taken down all signs from their premises and surrendered their "builder's licence" to fair trading etc. New signs have gone up, they now call themselves 'HLS Construction Property'

Fraud Houselogic Company – [names removed] all are dodgy staff in Houselogic. They are collecting initial deposit as much as possible to promise deliver granny flat within 12 weeks. They are big liar in this industry and kick them out of office. I have give deposit for approval four months ago but till now no approval,

Rip off crooks – The acting director is a devious list! Not Happy Jan – The company doesn’t do what they say, it also looks like the builders and engineers are in the same boat as well. first year architect or draughtsman can do the plans for the granny flat. The extra paperwork is harder but not impossible.

It's father and son team that appears to passing the problem from contractor to sub-contractor, and the staff there must understand the problems in the office.

So we will not work them or their office staff again unless the problems are fixed.

Very deceitful company – I used to contract to this company, every site had a new builder, new plasterer, new plumber. The sales guy are good takers, especially [name removed] the dad of the director. I took them to court to pay our invoices we won and got 80% of the monies owed. Do not build with these guys, they have no referral business due to been cheats. Give these guys a miss you won't regret it.

Unfinished job – I paid most of the money and then they stop work. They said that builder is not doing what they are supposed to do. They are very unprofessional. They have asked be to complain against the builder. I suspect the builder and Houselogic have a deal in getting money from insurance!! My granny flat is incomplete and I am now having to look for other builders to complete my work. Do not sign contract with Houselogic

4. They go through employees ever month because nobody gets paid on time and some not at all.

5. They go through so many different builders because they short pay the builders and some haven't been paid at all.

6. When I contacted fair trading they said this company is under investigation.

7. People need to report this fraudulent company to fair trading immediately and not sign any contracts because you will be a very sad person.

Houselogic Sux – My story is the same as others. Signed and paid at the beginning of 2015. I got fair trading involved in October 2015, they have now abandoned the site. They have ruined my retirement by taking my money and doing very little. There are lots of people out there with half finished and failed projects. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Fraud Company – I have been in contract with this company to build a granny flat since July. I have already paid them $9000 and I have not yet got my CDC Approval yet and when try to contact them, no proper reply or response. I think we should get together and take some legal action against this company!

Warning – I signed up with House Logic Solutions on Oct 2014. After many delayed on finish date, I report to Fair Trading but they were still not complete. Then I put in Tribunal on 1 Oct 2015 but they have not complete my granny yet. And waiting for the second Tribunal on 26 Nov. Do not listen on their promises - they do not pay the trade man so nobody will work for them.

Horrible House Logics Solutions – I signed granny flat contract with House Logic Solutions, supposed to complete by end Sept 2015. Got a defect frame so far. No response from them after weeks, very dodgy. May end up with Fair Trading.

Dont use them in Sydney, they are terrible – I had paid them a deposit in Aug 2014. They even did not had plans done until Jan/Feb 2015. They started building very late. They are dodgy, no communication - keep away. They promise and deliver nothing. It has been almost 20 weeks and the granny flat is no where completion. I am taking them to Dept of Fair Trading. I would never recommend or use them ever again.
