I have had three orders with this company and each has been an issue. They cannot even address you by your correct name, sums of refunds incorrect and the latest, delivered to an incorrect address. address on the system (even though I had instantly corrected this with them directly and received a response). I was then told that it had not been corrected by the courier company, because nobody at this company thought to contact them to update details. They then mapped the journey telling me it’s a 12min drive, assuming that I drove. My elderly mother had to carry this huge box, but I guess I am lucky it was at least my mother’s address. I now have to pay for a courier to collect this as it is too large for a taxi. And this was relayed by Eve a so called manager who apologised for repetitive emails but sent exactly the same message as others only adding the travel time for me to collect it…. Should I drive. Avoid like the plague, this is the most incompetent company I have had to deal with. You can find the same stock on either Olivia’s or the most amazing customer service team on Sweetpea & Willow.
Ordered a hallway table from the website, received an email from the sales team about advertising stock but in fact they were damaged. Was offered a refund or to wait for stock to arrive. team and asked for a refund as I had already purchased another one from another site and I wasn’t entitled to a refund. The fragile quality of the wood was very poor. They organised a replacement, in which I asked them not to as I wanted a refund as I already made another purchase. They offered a refund initially but then wouldn’t process one after it came damaged. Was very disappointed after a month of waiting and received a damaged product that costs $200 and was declined a refund, especially since I waited a month for a product that wasn’t damaged.
Well let's start with the website. I was scrolling the site and found this mirror. to House of Isabella to let them know and stop the purchase, but by the time they got back to me, it had gone through. I was stuck with what I had accidentally bought. The mirror arrived a few days or so later, but I couldn't put it up straight away. When my hubby was able to put it up, that's when we saw it. The bottom and top of the mirror frame is clearly bowed, in different directions, which you can clearly see in the pictures. That made the mirror distorted, like being in a fun house. Their website says that refunds have to be within 24 hrs, which we didn't know as we didn't unpack within that time. And packaging has to be kept, who does that, or a refund is not issued. Well I have filled out the refund form, so we'll see if I get a refund.
Terible experience. Terrible customer service. You spend thousands of pounds on firniture item and then wait way more than what is advertised on the website and then their chosen courier company leaves expensive items in the middle of the road refusing to even bring them inside the house let alone assembly. The site claims that it would be delivered it in 4 to 10 days and I waited more than 3 weeks with no notification,no updates no information on delivery and then suddenly one day courier company showed up called JR payne haulage with extremely rude staff who leaves the table on the main road in fron of the house. The 150kg table in the middle of the road blocking the way. House of isabella didn't even acknowledge and failed to respond. Luckily I am blessed with good neighbours and there were five of us who managed to bring it inside and guess what the metal frame was all damaged. Save your money and time and never ever biy from these scammers. See the photos attached.
Not what was promised – They advertised a lamp with base and shade presented in the photographs and then only delivered the base, claiming the shade was not included. Very disappointed.
Terrible company – Shocking Company!!! I ordered a small mirror over 2 weeks ago and still awaiting delivery - no communication whatsoever and when I email the response is the same asking me to be patient!!! I have lost patience they are now not responding so I have no option but to pursue my refund … AVOID!!!!!!!!!
Business did not deliver and didn’t care – Goods arrived very quickly. Freight advertise $90 for 2 outdoor wooden chairs. Ordered 10. Freight when up to $318. Received 3 box’s each weighing 25kg. the terms and conditions. Quality of the product was inconsistent. Had to shave some of the parts to make them fit on some of the chairs. You will need power tools if you need to assemble more than a few chairs as you will receive 1 Allan key. Buyer beware. Thought they where reasonably priced until you add your labour to the price.
Broken vases – I actually placed my order then looked at the reviews which I never do. I always check reviews first. I’m so glad I did because had I read the reviews first I wouldn’t have ordered. the courier handed the boxes to me. I asked him to confirm they sounded broken then took a photo of the delivery driver and truck with the items. The pots were definitely broken and I contacted House of Isabella within 15 minutes of delivery. I received a response within and hour and replacement vases arrived today. Two days later. I could not be happier with the service I received.
Damaged tallboys , no refund! – My two tallboys came to me with 2 drawers that were damaged. The rails and srews were pulled off out of their holes. The wood was split where the rails screw into the draws and the timber chipped off so we can't fix it either as we can't screw into split wood. them know they will not process my refund or allow me to return the return form even if it was just over 24hrs. Buyers be aware that this company will not look after you. The timber was split and damaged and now the money is wasted. The so called fake timber is not durable and the drawer liner is so thin it would break so easily. At the moment there is 40% of bad reviews most from damaged or faulty items and the company that will not help you even if you couldn't open your package before 24 hours. This company will not look after you.

awful experience – Bought a mirror, when it arrived the box appeared ok, when opened a week later we discovered it was cracked, they said u didnt let us know the next day so we wont replace. Disgraceful and illegal policys and total lack of service.
Don’t buy from House of Isabella – Bought a chair online, it is damaged. Asked for replacement. It’s been a week and a half still no positive response. Never buy from them. They are not professional. Wasting our time. Show details
Lost product. Only worked for 2 weeks – Bought an expensive illuminated Xmas tree It was lovely for the first Xmas but when plugged in for the next it had ceased functioning. So it was an expensive 2 week tree. When contacted house of Isabella they basically said too bad and did nothing Don’t buy from them. Poor quality and no back up protection. Very disappointing.

Worst quality product possible – Ordered a hall table from this company. Postage was very expensive, but it is the actual product that is bad it is astounding. Very roughly made from very rough wood. Looks nothing like picture on their website. Would not trust this website.
