Great bed BUT…… – While the bed is great. The service is terrible. My order arrived last September with 2 side rails and one side table instead of one rail and 2 tables. I have contacted them many times and they continue to promise to send the missing piece and collect the spare but it just doesn’t happen. I really expected better service. It was and extremely expensive bed which I purchased because it could be made to order and I wanted a king single over a queen. The bed was poorly packaged and had damage to the pain when it arrived but luckily they provided paint so the damage was easily fixed I am writing this review in the hope that someone from The House of Orange will read it and take some action.
