House of Uniforms

Do not buy from this company. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and immediately asked to cancel my order. The next day they replied to say sorry order is already being processed. I received the item and again asked them if I could return for credit towards another item in the correct size, they said no refund or credit on clearance items. They are completely unreasonable.

Just had a woeful interaction with the House of Uniforms. I ordered a women's shirt using their sizing guide. When it arrived it didn't fit around my body and the sleeves were tight across my upper arm. I contacted the company for a return & Refund and was promptly told that they don't issue refunds and that I could have a store credit. No refunds for "change of mind". We argued back and forth about it not being a change of mind, the garment just didn't fit!!! They then said it is in their terms & Conditions that they do not refund. They then quoted the ACCC and also stated that they had Australian Consumer Law on their side.......SO BEWARE of this company and their internal policies. They have poor customer service and do not do anything to keep customer loyalty. If you get your order wrong or it doesn't fit, you have to suck it up and write off the money to making a poor decision to use their company and buy their products in the first place
